For a non-toxic way to treat parasites, there is wormwood (at natural health stores and online).
One of the best methods to get rid of parasites is to use food-grade diatomaceous earth. Put a spoonful into a glass of water, stir it, and drink. Do this 2-3 times a day. Maybe a lot in the beginning.
A brand I like which gives no annoying side effects is called Toxicleanse.
Do this about 6 months and re-test for parasites.
