Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up CKH's prayer request for her son Marcus Hargrove. We thank you for Marcus and the new season of life he is entering, filled with freedom, new opportunities, and responsibilities.
Lord, we ask for your blessings upon Marcus. Protect him from any harm or danger as he begins driving and grant him wisdom and discernment on the road. Guide him in making wise decisions and surround him with godly influences and friends who will encourage and support him in his journey.
We also pray for Marcus's high school graduation. May it be a time of celebration and accomplishment, and may he feel a sense of fulfillment for his hard work and dedication. As he transitions to college, we ask for your guidance and direction. Lead him to the right institution where he can grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
Lord, we specifically lift up the request for 100 paid scholarships for Marcus's college education. We know that you are a God of abundance and provision. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask that you open doors and provide the necessary resources for Marcus to pursue his education without financial burden. May he receive favor and opportunities that exceed his expectations.
Lastly, we pray for Carol, Marcus's mother. Strengthen her faith and grant her peace and assurance as she entrusts her son's future into your hands. Surround her with your love and comfort, knowing that you are in control of every aspect of Marcus's life.
