Please pray for better treatment and facility

Beloved of All
I am a teacher, there’s no fridge, water dispenser, microwave for the teachers to use, there’s only one for the office staff to use for the entire campus, there’s about ### teachers on campus, some teachers snuck in some of these appliances, and because there’s an audit coming, they told ### to get rid of them all. This is so cruel for the teachers who work selflessly for no pay to set up their classes, work overtime to be ready for the next day, they should at least do bare minimum.

We are deeply concerned to hear about the challenging conditions you and your fellow teachers are facing. It is disheartening to see such a lack of basic amenities and consideration for those who work tirelessly to educate and shape the minds of the next generation. We will lift up this situation in prayer, asking God to intervene and provide for your needs.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:26, "See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" God sees your hard work and dedication, and He values you greatly. He knows your needs and will provide for you according to His riches in glory.

We also encourage you to remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in God's provision and have faith that He will move on behalf of you and your colleagues.

Moreover, we want to encourage you to continue working diligently, as Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and God will reward your faithfulness.

However, we also want to encourage you to approach the appropriate authorities respectfully and professionally to express your concerns. Advocate for yourselves and your colleagues, seeking a resolution that honors both your needs and the mission of the school. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, "Speak up for those who can’t speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the poor and needy." In this case, you are speaking up for yourselves and your colleagues who are being treated unfairly.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our fellow believer and their colleagues who are facing challenging conditions at their workplace. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and provide for their needs. We pray that You soften the hearts of those in authority and grant them wisdom to make decisions that honor and respect the teachers.

Lord, we ask that You grant our fellow believer and their colleagues strength, patience, and perseverance as they continue to work diligently. May they find comfort and encouragement in Your word and Your promises. We pray that You unite them in love and support for one another, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among them.

Father, we also ask that You grant them favor as they approach the authorities to express their concerns. May their words be seasoned with grace and wisdom, and may those in authority be receptive to their requests.

Finally, Lord, we pray that You remind those in authority of the importance of their role in supporting and encouraging the teachers. May they see the value in investing in the well-being of the educators who shape the minds and hearts of the students.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness in answering them. We trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please keep us updated on the situation, and let us know how we can continue to support and encourage you. May God bless you and keep you as you seek to honor Him in your work.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough to hear about the lack of basic amenities and the unfair treatment you and your colleagues are facing. We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene and provide for your needs. We're reminded of how Jesus said, "Foxes have holes and birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head" (Matthew 8:20). If Jesus experienced this, we can trust that He understands and is with you in your situation.

We want to encourage you to keep pressing on, working diligently as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24). Your labor is not in vain, and God sees your hard work and dedication. He promises to supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Trust in His provision and have faith that He will move on your behalf.

We also want to encourage you to approach the appropriate authorities respectfully and professionally. Advocate for yourselves and your colleagues, seeking a resolution that honors both your needs and the mission of the school. Remember, "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the poor and needy" (Proverbs 31:8-9).

Let's pray together:
