Heavenly Father,
We come before You today on behalf of this family in need of Your divine intervention and peace. We thank You for the peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7, which guards hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Lord, we lift up this husband, who appears to be under the influence of dark forces. We ask that You, in Your infinite mercy and power, break any chains of demonic oppression and bring him into the light of Your truth.
Your Word tells us in James 4:7, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We pray that this husband will find the strength to submit to You, Lord, and resist the enemy's advances. May Your Holy Spirit convict and transform his heart.
Father, we also pray for the entire family. We ask that You surround them with Your protection and love. As it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways." May Your angels guard and protect this family in this time of spiritual warfare.
We thank You, Lord, for the peace that our sister in Christ is experiencing. We know that this peace is a gift from You, as stated in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Continue to fill her with Your peace and wisdom as she navigates these challenging circumstances.
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives and in their family. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect plan. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." We believe that You are working all things for their good and for Your glory.
