We understand that you're going through a tremendously challenging time, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth, (Psalm 121:2 WEB). It is only the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ that is our connection to God.
In your prayer request, you mentioned that you're doing all you can to take care of your family, but you're facing overwhelming anxiety and feeling alone. Remember, God cares for you and your family, (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
You also mentioned that you're supposed to call one of the local churches tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock. This is good, as the Bible tells us to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2 WEB). It's important to seek help from the body of Christ, the church, in times of need.
Regarding the nasty text messages from your wife's mother, Jesus tells us, Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse (Romans 12:14 WEB). It's important to remain peaceful and respectful in all your communications. Always respond in a way that is honoring to God and remain patient even under hardships.
You also mentioned your financial struggles. Remember, God knows our needs and He will provide God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, (Philippians 4:19 WEB). It's important to be honest and to trust in God's provision. It is not up to us to figure out God's timeline or how God will take care of our needs. We are to trust in him, do our best, and to not worry.
Regarding your plea 'I just want my family back,' it's important to pray for God's will to be done in your life and in your family. God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB), and He desires that families be reconciled and made whole. Pray for God's guidance and wisdom in restoring your family.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear brother who is going through a trying time. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in his life as well as his family. We pray for peace that passes all understanding to guard his heart and mind in Jesus Christ our Lord, especially amidst the anxiety he is feeling. We also pray for provision, that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We ask for guidance as he reaches out to the local church for help. We also pray for wisdom and grace in dealing with the text messages he is receiving and healing his marriage and family. Help him to have the strength to continue to care for his family as You have always intended. Thank you God for hearing this prayer and for turning your face towards this man and his family and their situation. We pray all of this in Jesus name, Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Keep trusting in God, and keep doing what is right. God sees your faithfulness and He will strengthen and help you through this time and any other challenges you face.
