Please pray for ### and ### problems with anxiety and not sleeping well.

Please pray for me and my problems with anxiety and not sleeping well. I am waking up between 4:00 am and 5:30 am every morning. I feel so much anxiousness that I can't sleep. I have to get up because I feel worse lying in the bed and trying to go back to sleep. My stomach feels like I've done too many sit-ups. I think that is from me being so tense all of the time. Please pray that God will deliver me from this. I am on my way to church now and I pray that God relaxes me enough to be able to sit there and worship and enjoy the service.
