Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request for ###. We ask that you would touch ###'s life and bring healing to his body. Lord, we pray that you would grant him patience as he works towards regaining his health. We know that the journey may be difficult and filled with challenges, but we trust in your faithfulness to guide him through.

We also lift up the relationship between ### and ###. Lord, we pray for healing and restoration. Mend any brokenness and bring reconciliation between them. Pour out your love and grace upon their relationship, and may it be a testimony of your faithfulness.
We declare your promises from Scripture over this prayer request, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your healing power and your ability to bring about miracles. May your will be done in ###'s life and in the relationship between ### and ###.
