, Please, please pray for me everyone everyday my brothers and sisters am ### years old but because of a lot of masturbation in my childhood I lost all stamina and sex power. Your strong will to overcome it with help of God. Check all the triggers which is causing you to do more whether it's pornography or anything. Just try to avoid it and that will bring down your excess desire.
Mostly when you occupy yourself with good stuff i.e., learn some skill. I don't know your background. Try to learn some programming or anything which can help you to get a job and that will take care of everything.
