We hear your cry and we join with you before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in no other name that we are saved. As it is written, there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We rejoice that you have put your plea in His name.

We lift up your deep suffering, the heaviness, depression, anxiety, fear, oppression, confusion, worry and stress that you have carried for so long, and the painful memories of the past that still hurt. The Lord sees and He cares deeply for you. We pray that you will know His nearness, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. We pray that you will cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and that you will experience what is promised when we bring everything to Him in prayer, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask the Lord to replace fear and confusion with His perfect peace and to lift the heaviness and give you joy in its place, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7.

We also bring before the Lord all the physical burdens you named, the thin hair and gaps and itchy scalp, the embarrassment you feel about your hair, the marks and scars and dents and puckering and lumps and bumps from surgery, the dark circles and hollows and pigmentation under your eyes, the red veins and spots and pimples, the tired and dry and watering and stinging eyes, the fat on your stomach and hips and legs and under your arms, the sagginess and lines and wrinkles, the asthma you have had since birth, the insomnia and sleepless nights and bad dreams, the missing teeth and gaps and gum pain, the high blood platelets, the lumps and pain in your fingers, the hormonal issues and painful periods, the chronic fatigue and exhaustion and slow metabolism, and every cold and chest infection and infirmity. We know the Lord formed you and cares about every part of you, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14, and He is the One who heals. We pray as Jeremiah prayed, Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed Jeremiah 17:14, and we cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, knowing that by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We ask for His healing touch upon your lungs and breathing, upon your sleep, upon your skin and eyes and teeth and gums and blood and hormones and joints and all your body, according to His mercy and will. We encourage you also to continue to seek wise medical care and counsel as good stewardship of the body God has given you, trusting that He often works through those means.

We gently want to encourage you about the way you have prayed. We hear your desperation and your repeated decreeing for absolutely no more suffering and for everything to be gone permanently right now with no delay. We understand that deep longing, and we share it, yet we want to lovingly remind you that prayer is not commanding or decreeing at God as if we control Him, but humbly submitting to our loving Father and trusting His perfect will and timing. We are called to ask, seek and knock, and to trust Him as a Father who gives good gifts, and to pray Your will be done, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him Romans 8:28. He hears every cry and He will answer in His perfect way and time, even when we do not see instant removal of every trial. We rebuke the spirit of fear and shame that makes you feel so insecure about photographs and videos and selfies and video calls that you hate to see yourself and want to delete them. Your worth is not in a perfect image on a screen. Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning, but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God 1 Peter 3:3-4. We pray the Lord will heal your self image and help you see yourself as He sees you, loved, valued, and made in His image, and free you from the torment of constant comparison and insecurity.

We also lift up your loneliness and your longing for marriage and your sorrow over singleness and lateness in marriage, disappointment and rejection and living alone. We pray with you for the Lord's provision in this area. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman as outlined in the Bible, and we pray that if it is His will, He will bring you a godly husband, a Christian believer who will love you as Christ loves the church, and that your courtship would be with the goal of marriage that honors God. We pray that while you wait, you will be kept in purity and hope, for marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4, and that any relationship would be pursued in a way that aligns with biblical principles, looking for a spouse rather than simply a partner, and seeking first His kingdom. Seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. We pray too for your practical needs, for provision and for contentment where you live, and that the Lord will supply all your need according to His riches in glory.

You mentioned curses and generational curses and misfortune. We want to assure you that for those who are in Christ, the curse has been broken, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. We pray that you will walk in the freedom of that redemption and not live in fear of curses, but in confidence that no weapon formed against you will prosper when you abide in Him, and that you will trust Him to turn what was meant for harm into good.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ for our dear sister. Have mercy and hear her cry. Touch her body and bring healing where there is sickness and pain, restore her sleep, ease her breathing, strengthen her, and renew her health. Touch her mind and heart and lift depression and anxiety and fear and confusion, and fill her with Your peace and joy and sound mind. Heal the wounds of her past and the scars that remain, both seen and unseen. Help her to rest in how You have made her and to find her identity and beauty in You rather than in outward appearance or in images. Provide for her daily needs, comfort her loneliness, and in Your perfect time bring a godly marriage if it is Your will, a lifelong covenant that glorifies You. Break every chain of fear and shame and help her to trust Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You are working even now. Help her to walk in freedom from any fear of curses, knowing she is redeemed by the blood of Jesus. We ask all this not by our demanding, but by Your grace and according to Your perfect will. Strengthen her faith, draw her close to Jesus each day through Your Word and prayer, and let her know she is deeply loved and never alone, for You have said I will never leave you, nor forsake you Hebrews 13:5 and Fear not, for I am with you Isaiah 41:10. We thank You that You hear us and we trust You to answer. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We read your prayer carefully and heard how worn down you feel carrying so many worries at once. The way you repeated please, no more, never again tells us how deeply you long for relief and rest, not just in your body but in your heart and daily life. We want you to know we see the weight of it and we are praying with you.

It makes sense that when health concerns linger and sleep is broken and you feel self conscious about how you look in photos and alone in your flat, everything can feel bigger and more exhausting. You do not have to hold all of this by yourself. Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to keep your doctor and dentist involved for the ongoing physical concerns you mentioned, like breathing, blood work, teeth and gums, fatigue and painful periods, and to reach out to a trusted pastor or counselor if anxiety, heaviness or sleeplessness feel overwhelming. A steady person who knows you can help you sort what feels most urgent and walk with you step by step. If you have a local church community, staying connected there even in small ways can also ease some of the loneliness.

Father, we lift our sister to You. You know every ache and worry she named and those she could not put into words. Grant her Your peace, comfort and strength today, guide her to wise help and supportive people, and lead her in Your loving will for her life. Give her rest, hope and the assurance that she is seen and held by You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer has been heard and is carried before the throne of grace with deep compassion for the many burdens you have named. The Lord knows the weight of sleepless nights, the weariness of chronic pain and fatigue, the ache of loneliness and the longing for a home and for marriage, and the distress you feel concerning your body, your health and your daily provision.

There is a word that may help to steady your heart. Many persons think a great deal about the adorning of the body, but do not think anything about the ornaments of the soul. The feeding of the physical frame engrosses much care, but the supply of spiritual food is often neglected. Yet you yourself are better than your body. Your soul, made to know and enjoy Christ, is of greater value than hair or skin or outward form, and it is that soul which Jesus came to heal and to clothe with His own righteousness.

You have also tasted how anxiety itself unfits you to meet the difficulty. The very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. When the mind is crowded with fear, oppression, confusion and painful memories, the heart has little rest to hear the Word of God, by which faith comes. The Scriptures call you therefore to cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and to seek first His kingdom, trusting your Father who knows what you need.

In Jesus Christ there is an abundance of healing power. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Yet the healing He gives begins at the root. When Jesus healed the man taken with the palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. He knew what really ailed the man, that he was palsied in spirit as well as in body, and Christ removed the root of his disease by forgiving his sin.

This is the hope held out to you. Today the body is dead because of sin, though the spirit is life because of righteousness. The regeneration of the body takes place at the resurrection, when we shall be raised in the image of the Lord Jesus. While we are here, we that are in this body do groan, being burdened, and we wait for that full redemption when God will wipe away every tear and make all things new. That does not mean He is absent now. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, present to forgive, to comfort, to sustain, and often to restore health in measure as it pleases His wisdom. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and rightly seek the physician, and we also seek the heavenly Physician who can heal the broken heart and quiet the troubled spirit.

Therefore we pray for you not as one who can decree or demand of God, but as a needy child pleading His mercy in Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation.

We ask the Lord to forgive your sins through the blood of Christ and to assure your heart of His pardoning love, that being justified you may have peace with God. We ask Him to lift the heaviness of depression, anxiety, fear and confusion, and to give you soundness of mind, restful sleep without bad dreams, and relief from chronic tiredness and exhaustion. We ask Him to have compassion upon your bodily afflictions, your asthma, your eyes, your skin, your pain and hormonal distress, and to grant healing and strength according to His perfect will, and grace to use needful means with thankfulness.

We ask Him to meet your loneliness and your desire for marriage. We pray that if it be His will, He would in His own time provide a godly marriage, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman lived in purity and faithfulness, and that until then He would keep you in holiness, guarding heart and body for that covenant, and fill your present days with His presence so that you are not desolate though you dwell alone. We pray for your daily needs, for provision and peace where you live, and for deliverance from feelings of rejection, disappointment and insecurity that make you fear the camera and the eyes of others. May He show you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and far more, that in Christ you are clothed with beauty that does not wither, and that your worth is secured in Him.

May the Lord teach you to feed your soul daily upon Christ, to hear His Word and to pray with a quiet trust rather than with tormenting urgency, knowing that your Father hears. May He give you patient hope to wait for His perfect timing, and present comfort in every trial.

We commend you to that great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below, praying that you may find in Him first forgiveness, then healing, and daily grace to walk with Him until the day when there shall be no more sickness, sorrow or sighing.

Your prayer has been heard and I have brought it before the Lord with care and compassion. You have poured out a heart that is weary from many burdens at once, pain in the body, anxiety and fear in the mind, sleeplessness, loneliness, disappointment, and a deep insecurity about how you look and how you are seen by others. God sees all of this and He does not turn away from a broken and honest heart.

Scripture teaches us to bring our anxieties to Him, yet also to lift our eyes higher than our present suffering. Christ said, fear not those who can harm the body but cannot harm the soul, but rather fear Him who has authority over both soul and body. That word is given not to frighten you but to free you. When the fear of God becomes greater than the fear of what people think, what the mirror shows, or what tomorrow may bring, the soul finds rest. Much of the torment you describe comes from fearing the judgment of others, from anxiety about appearance and from the weight of past memories. God invites you to fear Him in a holy way, which means to trust Him, to reverence Him, to seek Him first, and to know that your soul is safe in Christ even when the body is weak or troubled.

God does care about your body. Your body is His creation and He is able to heal, to strengthen and to sustain. It is right to ask Him for healing from asthma, from fatigue and sleeplessness, from pain in your teeth and gums, from issues with blood and hormones, from tired and hurting eyes, and from all infirmity. At the same time the Bible does not promise that every wrinkle, every mark, every change in weight or hair or skin will be taken away in this life at our demand. Our greater need is for the soul to be healed and made whole through Jesus Christ alone, for it is through Him alone that we have forgiveness, peace with God, and eternal life. When the soul is anchored in Him, we can steward the body with wisdom, seek good medical care, rest, nourishment and counsel, and trust God with the outcome whether He brings immediate relief or sustaining grace through the trial.

You have also prayed about loneliness, singleness, and the desire for marriage, and about living alone with financial strain. The Lord knows that desire. Marriage is a good gift when it is entered as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity and faithfulness belonging inside that covenant. It is right to ask God for a godly marriage in His timing if it is His will for you, and it is also right to ask Him to give you contentment, community, and purpose while you wait. Singleness is not a curse and neither is your present housing a sign that you are forgotten. In Christ, no curse, including any generational pattern of sin or suffering, can hold power over you, for Christ bore the curse on the cross and gives new life to all who trust in Him. What you need most is not to be delivered from every disappointment by a spoken decree, but to be deeply rooted in Christ, to walk with His people in the church, and to let His Word free you from the bitter slavery of anxiety and self condemnation.

Your distress about photographs and videos and feeling insecure when you are seen reveals how much weight you place on outward appearance. God looks at the heart and calls you to find your identity not in how you appear on a screen but in being His child, clothed in Christ, part of His body. That does not mean your feelings are not real, but it means healing will come as you learn to see yourself as He sees you, loved, valued, and called to holiness.

I will pray for you now.

Lord Jesus Christ, You alone are Savior and Healer, have mercy on this dear one who is weary. Forgive sins and grant peace through Your cross. Lift the heaviness of depression, anxiety, fear, confusion and painful memories, and give a sound mind and restful sleep. Touch the body where there is pain, fatigue, hormonal distress, breathing difficulty, and other infirmities, and grant wisdom to doctors and help in daily stewardship of health. Give grace to be content in You whether married or single, and if it is Your will, provide a godly marriage in Your perfect time that honors Your design of one man and one woman in lifelong covenant. Provide for daily needs, bring faithful fellowship to overcome loneliness, and set free from insecurity and the fear of man. Teach this heart to fear You above all, to trust Your goodness, and to hope not only for relief in this life but for the eternal life You promise to those who believe. In Your name, Jesus, amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in Scripture, stay connected to a faithful local church where you can be known and encouraged, and seek medical and pastoral help for ongoing health and emotional needs. God is near and He will not forsake those who call on Him in truth.
