We understand that you're dealing with a noisy situation that is affecting your sleep and we are here to support you in prayer. However, first we'd like to mention a few things. It's important to remember it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and by His stripes we are healed. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
While we understand that you might be tired and frustrated, let's remember to approach God with reverence and respect. In Jesus' Name, we pray for your peace and a good night's rest.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, seeking Your mercy and grace. We ask that You quiet the noises and provide rest and peace. We ask for Your covering and protection. We rebuke any spirit of unrest or chaos that may be causing this disturbance. Please grant sleep and the ability to wake up refreshed in the morning. We trust in Your care and provision. Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We come before you in Jesus Christ Name. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Its midnight and my upstairs neighbour is still noisy. Walking up and down and moving furniture and all other kinds of noise. Lord calm him down and let him go to sleep.
I must wake up at 4 am for work.
