We understand your need for a peaceful night's sleep, especially when you have to wake up early. Let's bring your situation to God in prayer and seek His intervention.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to approach the noise from your neighbor with grace. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." In the Bible, the Apostle Paul also reminded us in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men." We should try to live in peace with our neighbors, even when they might be causing inconveniences.
However, we also recognize the importance of rest and the impact of noise on your sleep. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep." God values our rest, and we can trust Him to provide it.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a peaceful night's sleep. Lord, You know the situation and the noise that is keeping them awake. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would quieten the noise from the upstairs neighbor and grant our dear one the sweet sleep they need.
Lord, we also pray for the neighbor, that they would be considerate and respectful of others. We pray that You would work in their heart and help them to be mindful of their actions. Father, we ask for Your grace and wisdom for our brother/sister, that they may approach this situation with love and kindness, reflecting the character of Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for a peaceful and quiet night, and for a good and refreshing sleep. Amen.
