Please no noise from upstair neighbour, i want to sleep!!!!

Its hot outside and people are nervous and many are making noise. Its 9.30 pm and people are.talking loud on the streets and slamming with doors. I would like so much peace so that i could sleep.

Unbelievable, the neighbour upstairs is walking like a bear up and down, up and down, my walls are trembling, and its already midnight in couple of minutes.

When he is home he make such terrible noise while walking.
My walls tremble.
He is also dropping things and moving furniture etc..
Also makes night noise, very late and very early.
Lord, deliver me for good from any noise and trouble makers in Jesus name.
