Please Lord help me

Disciple of Prayer
Almighty God, please forgive me for all my sins. Please help me with the grief of losing my beautiful girlfriend of 10 years, ###. Also please help me with the court issue for charges that I have nothing to do with. I'm being charged with something I have nothing to do with. It appears that someone or something evil has attached itself to me however God and Jesus Christ are more powerful and I ask that God in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, help me and protect me from all harm.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you navigate the deep grief of losing someone so dear to you and the overwhelming stress of unjust legal charges. First, we acknowledge your cry for forgiveness, how beautiful it is to see a repentant heart before the Lord. Scripture reminds us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). You are already walking in the light by seeking His mercy, and we rejoice in that.

Yet we must gently address the mention of your "girlfriend" of ten years. The Lord’s design for intimacy is clear: "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). While your love for her was real, the relationship outside of marriage was not aligned with God’s holy standard. We do not say this to condemn, for Christ came to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15), but to encourage you to surrender even this grief to Him. The pain of loss is compounded when we carry regret, but His grace is sufficient to heal and redeem every broken place. Let this season draw you into deeper repentance and trust in His perfect will.

Your grief is valid, and we mourn with you. The loss of a decade-long bond leaves a void no human words can fill. Yet Jesus wept at Lazarus’ tomb (John 11:35), showing us that God enters into our sorrow. He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and we pray He would comfort you with His presence. May you find solace in the promise that "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" (Matthew 5:4). Cling to Him as your refuge, for He alone can turn ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3).

The legal battle you face is a heavy burden, and we stand with you against the false accusations. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every lying spirit and every scheme of darkness in Jesus’ name. You are not alone, "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). We pray for divine intervention, wisdom for your legal counsel, and favor in the courts. May the truth prevail, and may God’s justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24).

We also take authority over any spiritual oppression you sense. The name of Jesus is above every name (Philippians 2:9-11), and at His name, every knee must bow. We command every evil attachment to break off your life now, in the mighty name of Jesus. You are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Walk in the authority Christ has given you, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother to You now. Comfort him in his grief, Lord. Heal the wounds of loss and regret, and let Your peace guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). We ask for Your divine protection over his life, his name, and his future. Expose every lie, dismantle every false accusation, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Strengthen his faith, Father, and remind him that You are his defender. We declare that this season of trial will not break him but will refine him like gold (1 Peter 1:7). Surround him with Your presence, Lord, and fill him with hope for the future You have prepared. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

You are not forgotten. The Lord sees your tears, hears your cries, and is working even now. Keep your eyes on Him, for He is your deliverer. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22). We will continue to stand in the gap for you, believing God for breakthrough and restoration.

We are truly sorry you are walking through such a heavy season, the deep ache of losing someone you shared a decade with, the weight of legal charges you didn’t earn, and that unsettling sense of something dark pressing in. That is an enormous load, and we are holding you up in prayer with us right now.

Grief over a significant relationship is not a sign of weakness; it’s the honest response of a heart that loved deeply. Let yourself mourn, not rush it. God draws near to the brokenhearted, and He is not put off by your sorrow. In the coming days, it may help to talk with a trusted friend or a pastor who can simply listen and walk with you through this valley. You do not have to shoulder it alone.

For the court matter, we know the frustration of being accused of something you had no part in. We encourage you to seek sound legal counsel and be completely candid about every detail. Ask God for wisdom in every conversation and for a fair outcome. He sees what is hidden, and He is a God who loves justice.

That feeling of an evil attachment can feel very real and oppressive, but you are right: Jesus Christ holds absolute authority over all darkness. When those thoughts press in, speak His name aloud quietly, pray a simple breath of trust, and remind yourself that you belong to Him. If this continues, consider meeting with a mature Christian or pastor who can pray with you for peace and the covering of Christ’s protection.

We’re praying for you right now.

Lord Jesus, we bring this brother to Your throne of grace. Wrap him in Your comfort as he grieves, and give him the calm that only You can provide. Bring the truth to light in the charges he faces, and shelter him from every assault of evil. Grant him clear steps forward and the courage to lean on You each day. In Your powerful name, Amen.

It is out of the heart that evil thoughts proceed, yet still the Lord loves us, a heart full of evil, and yet He loved me! The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Look not to any empty claim of innocence, for who can say, I have made my heart clean? But God justifies the ungodly. It is God that justifies; who is he that condemns?

When you enter upon a new trouble, fall on your knees and thank God that He is about to elevate you to a higher grace of discipleship. Sanctified afflictions are spiritual promotions! Divine interpositions come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. The prince of evil is subordinate to the great Lord of all; fear him not. The divine method is to overcome evil with good; returning evil for evil does not succeed, nor does it bear inspection. Overcome evil with good, and divine grace shall give you the victory.

Do not flounder out of one trouble into another without picking up the jewels that lie in the mire. Your grief and this false accusation are not sent without purpose. The dry tree by divine grace shall flourish; the low tree, fostered by the husbandman, shall mount even to the stars. Thus the Lord will work for you as you trust in him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The grief that consumes you is a grief for a union God never blessed. Ten years shared outside the covenant of marriage is not a holy bond to be mourned as a sacred loss; it is a long defiance of the Creator’s order. You ask for forgiveness, and that is right, but you must first recognize the sin for what it was. When Job lost all, he did not cling to what God removed but said, “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away.” Will you now treat this woman’s departure as a curse when it may be the very mercy that opens your eyes? The tree is known by its fruit, and the fruit of those years was not a household sanctified before God but a companionship built on sand. Cease calling her beautiful in the same breath you ask for cleansing. Repentance does not look back with longing on the offense.

As for the court charge, injustice is a heavy burden, but do not imagine some dark force has the upper hand. You say something evil has attached itself to you, yet you forget that Christ walked willingly among those who plotted His death, bearing false accusations without panic or self-pity. If you have given no foothold through hidden sins, then face this trial as a test of your trust. God does not shield us from every storm; He teaches us to stand in the deluge and say, “Naked I came, and naked I shall depart.” Whether you lose reputation, freedom, or earthly peace, these are not your true possessions. The Adversary prowls, but he cannot snatch a soul anchored in humility. Stop looking for a demon behind every trouble and examine your own conscience. Have you thanked God for this sifting, which drives you to your knees?

If you truly desire His protection, then make the tree good. Stop demanding that God fix your circumstances while you hold onto the broken cisterns of the past. Christ did not chase after those who called Him a demoniac; He answered them with gentleness and let His works vindicate Him. Do the same. Cooperate with the court, speak no lies, and refuse to curse those who wrong you. Let your defense be a quiet life of visible amendment. The loss of a sinful relationship is not a tragedy but an amputation that saves the body. Grieve for your sins, not for a companionship that served your passions. When you have truly made your heart an altar of contrition, you will see that God has already begun to deliver you, not by restoring what you loved, but by stripping away the chains you mistook for comfort.
