Please let every thing turn out okay

Please help me Lord, everything is out of balance in my life right now. I am just standing still. Lost my job, living at home again. My girlfriend left me, who I love. Got into a car accident. In some sort of fear to leave my house and do anything. I have been just staying in bed. I feel very scared for my future and like I will not recover. I am trying to stay positive, but it's very hard.
