We join with you in this desire to draw near to the Lord through fasting and prayer tomorrow and we count it a blessing to stand with you before His throne.
We are encouraged by your heart to want your motives, focus, prayers, deeds and behaviors to be sanctified and to be a pleasing fragrance before Jesus Christ. This is the right heart for a fast. The Lord does not desire outward show but a humble and contrite heart that seeks Him sincerely. As it is written, When you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you Matthew 6:17-18. And also, Is not this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, and to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke Isaiah 58:6. We pray your fast will be of this kind, chosen by God, rooted in His Living Word and led by the Holy Spirit, not by outward form but by inward surrender.
We also hear your prayer that your voice will be heard very loudly before Jesus Christ and that He will answer with great power and might. We gently remind you that our confidence is not in the loudness of our voice but in the righteousness we have through Christ and in praying according to His will. For The eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous, and his ears open to their cry Psalm 34:15. And This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective James 5:16. So we pray not for volume but for faith, humility and alignment with the will of God, which you have rightly asked for.
We thank you for lifting up the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Your trust in His Wounds and His Name for healing and freedom is precious to us.
We now pray together for you.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother before You as he prepares to fast and pray tomorrow. Lord, sanctify him wholly. Create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him Psalm 51:10. Purify his motives, his focus, his prayers, his deeds and his behaviors, that all he offers would be as a fragrant offering, holy and acceptable to You through Jesus Christ. Let his fasting be according to Your will, inspired, managed and anointed by Your Holy Spirit, and grounded firmly in Your Word.
Father, grant him strength for tomorrow. When his body is weak, be his strength, for Your grace is sufficient and Your power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. Help him to seek You with all his heart, to turn to You with fasting, weeping and mourning Joel 2:12, and to cast all his cares upon You in prayer and thanksgiving Philippians 4:6.
We pray that You will hear his prayers and gratitude and answer according to Your perfect will and with Your power and might. Let him experience Your presence, Your guidance and Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also pray for his healing and freedom in spirit, soul and body. Lord, You were wounded for our transgressions and by Your stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We ask for Your healing touch upon every part of his being. Where there is bondage, bring freedom, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty 2 Corinthians 3:17 and If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36.
We ask all of this in the beautiful and powerful name of Jesus Christ, trusting that You hear us and will answer for Your glory. Amen.

Your desire to wait upon the Lord in fasting and prayer is a good and holy desire, and I do most gladly join my supplications with yours before the throne of grace.
Let us pray together that the Lord will sanctify you through His truth, for His word is truth. This sanctification, the making of you holy in character and in walk, is as much the work of God as the making of the heavens and the earth. We go not even a step in it in our own strength, and whatever we think we advance of ourselves is but a fictitious progress. Therefore we look wholly to our God and not to ourselves. Our prayer is, Lord, make thy people holy, and work in motives, focus, prayers, deeds and behaviors a pure fragrance and beauty that is pleasing before Jesus Christ. By the will of God we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all, and that same grace which has lifted us into this noble position must be applied to us daily by the Holy Spirit, so that what we do may be accepted in the Beloved.
Let us pray also for strength, for all strength apart from God is derived strength and is measurable, yea apart from Him it is not strength at all and must come to an end. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. To those who have no might He increases strength. The Lord Himself has said, I will strengthen them, and He Himself will impart it directly by His Spirit, wisely balanced and fitly infused. I pray that He will strengthen you for this season of fasting, not that you may glory in the flesh, but that in prayer, laying hold upon the Invisible, you may win strength for service, and that with a re dedication of yourself to the Lord who bought you, you may be steadfast and unwearied.
Let us pray that your fasting and prayer may be entirely according to His will and grounded upon the Living Word of God, and managed and anointed by the Holy Spirit. True prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading our case before Him with humility of spirit and pressing our suit with arguments drawn from His own promises. When we so pray, though our prayer may seem to reel to and fro as one at his wits end, God will hear the prayer of a staggering man. He was not long in answering those who cried unto Him, and a true prayer from one who feels his need is a prevailing prayer.
And let us pray for your healing and freedom in spirit, soul and body, in the wounds and the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are one in His hand. The very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.
May the God of Peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, perfect you in every good work to do His will, and preserve you blameless in whole spirit and soul and body unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. May your voice be heard before Him, not because it is loud in itself, but because it is lifted in the merit of Jesus, and may He answer with great power and might according to His abundant mercy.
