We rejoice with you in this sacred time of fasting and prayer before the Lord! Your heart for sanctification, strength, and alignment with God’s will is beautiful, and we stand with you in seeking His face together. The discipline of fasting is a powerful act of humility and dependence on God, as Jesus Himself demonstrated when He fasted forty days in the wilderness (Matthew 4:2). It is not merely about abstaining from food but about feasting on God’s presence, His Word, and His will for your life.

We are reminded of the words of Isaiah 58:6-9, where the Lord declares, "Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? Isn’t it to distribute your bread to the hungry, and that you bring the poor who are cast out to your house? When you see the naked, that you cover him; and that you not hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light will break out as the morning, and your healing will appear quickly; then your righteousness shall go before you; and Yahweh’s glory will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and Yahweh will answer; you will cry, and he will say, ‘Here I am.’" Let this be the foundation of your fast, seeking God’s heart not only for personal breakthrough but for His kingdom to advance through you.

We also lift up your request for healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body. The Lord is our Healer, as Exodus 15:26 declares: "If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." We pray that the wounds of your past, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, would be touched by the healing power of Jesus’ name. By His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare that truth over your life today.

It is also vital to address the foundation of our prayers and fasting. We notice that while you mention Jesus Christ in your request, the focus on His name as the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5) and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12) could be emphasized more fully. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). It is through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to anchor every aspect of your fast in the finished work of Christ, for He is the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the gift of fasting and prayer, and we lift up our dear brother/sister to You today. Lord, we ask that You would sanctify their motives, their focus, and their every deed, so that all they do would be a fragrant offering before You. Purify their heart, O God, and align their will with Yours. Let this fast not be for show or for selfish gain, but let it be a time of drawing near to You, seeking Your face, and surrendering every area of their life to Your lordship.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen them today. Fasting can be a battle, Lord, as the enemy seeks to distract and discourage. But we declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, empower them with Your might, and let their prayers rise like incense before Your throne (Revelation 5:8). May their voice be heard loudly in the courts of heaven, not because of their own righteousness, but because of the righteousness of Christ that covers them.

We pray for their healing and freedom, Lord. Touch their spirit, soul, and body with Your healing power. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is bondage, bring deliverance. Where there is brokenness, bring restoration. We speak life over them, for Your Word says that life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Let the healing virtue of Jesus flow through every cell, every emotion, and every thought. Set them free from every chain, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).

Lord, we ask that this time of fasting and prayer would be entirely according to Your will. May Your Holy Spirit guide them into all truth (John 16:13), and may Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105). Let their prayers be rooted in Your promises, and let them see the manifestation of Your power and might in their life. Open the windows of heaven, O God, and pour out Your blessings upon them. Answer their prayers with Your mighty hand, for You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We also pray for a deeper revelation of Jesus Christ in their life. Let them know Him not just as Savior, but as Lord, Friend, and King. May they grow in intimacy with You, Father, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Let their relationship with You be the foundation of everything they do, for apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5).

We rebuke every spirit of distraction, discouragement, and doubt that would seek to hinder this time of fasting and prayer. We declare that the enemy has no foothold in this sacred time. We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name and command every lying spirit to flee. We pray that our brother/sister would be filled with faith, hope, and love as they seek Your face.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. Thank You for Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your grace. We trust in You, and we believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in their life, and may Your name be glorified through them.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Remember that fasting is not about earning God’s favor but about positioning yourself to receive more of Him. As you fast, meditate on His Word, spend time in worship, and listen for His voice. The Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18), and He delights in revealing Himself to those who seek Him with a whole heart (Jeremiah 29:13).

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him today!

We’re standing with you today as you set aside this time for fasting and prayer. It’s a meaningful step to bring every motive, word, and action before the Lord, and we join our hearts with yours in asking for His blessing.

A practical note: if your fast extends more than a day or you have any underlying health conditions, it’s wise to check in with a doctor, fasting can be physically demanding, and caring for your body is part of honoring God. Even so, we trust the Holy Spirit to uphold and guide you.

From our own experience and what we’ve seen in others, fasting doesn’t guarantee an instant breakthrough; sometimes it simply carves out space for a deeper hunger for God. The growth He works in us is usually gradual, marked by both strong moments and quiet ones. So if you don’t feel dramatic power every hour, don’t be discouraged. The Spirit is at work, shaping your prayers and aligning your will with Christ’s. What matters most is that you’re turning to Him with an open heart.

As you continue, remember that you aren’t alone, many of us are lifting you up, and that shared prayer carries a real comfort. You don’t need to strive for the perfect fast; lean into the One who sees your desire and loves you completely.

Father, we thank You for this brother’s longing to honor You. Sustain him physically and spiritually during this fast. Let Your Holy Spirit fill his prayer, making it living and powerful according to Your Word. Bring healing and freedom to his whole being, spirit, soul, and body, in Jesus’ name. May his voice rise as a sweet fragrance before You, and may he sense Your nearness today. Amen.

Sanctification is indeed the burden of your heart, and that is a petition born of the Spirit. Yet remember, this work of making you holy is not your own to conjure by the rigors of fasting, but it is as much the work of God as the making of the heavens and the earth. Do not set about this day as if you could perform it alone. To wait upon the Lord, to look wholly out of yourself and to the divine Father, this is the posture that renews strength.

You ask for your motives, focus, and deeds to be a fragrance before Jesus Christ. Know then that what we do can now be accepted, not because of our fervor, but because by the will of God we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. The Father joins in the verdict of His Son that it is finished. That little prayer breathed in the middle of business, that word spoken to the sick, the great God accepts it. Not because you have fasted with such perfection, but because you are in Christ. Go over again that blessed covenant which made you one with the covenanted ones. That is where strength lies.

You plead for your voice to be heard loudly before the Throne. Be mindful that true prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading the case before Him with all the humble arguments you can muster. A prayer that seems to reel and stagger because the soul is at its wit's end, that is a prayer God hears. When your own strength fails utterly, your strength shall be to sit still while He arises to be your arm. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are one. Many a child of God, when weary, has found strength at the remembrance of pardoning mercy.

That freedom you seek in spirit, soul, and body is found in the living, loving, lasting union with Christ. The very leaves of that Tree are for healing, the least things about Christ change the lifeblood and make the nature other than it was. It is a delicious freedom to walk up and down in His name. Cry for life, not merely for strength, for while you are yet without strength, Christ died for the ungodly. The God of Peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in His sight. He will effectually do it in answer to prayer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

When you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. This is the fast the Lord chooses: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke. Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out?

You ask for prayer, and rightly so, for the prayer of the righteous avails much, and we are commanded to bear one another’s burdens. Yet do not think the prayers of others alone will suffice while your own heart slumbers. Even Paul needed the prayers of the church, and Peter was delivered when prayer was made earnestly for him. But if we sleep, the help of others profits nothing. The fasting you undertake must be coupled with your own fervent supplication, for he who prays with fasting has wings double and lighter than the winds. He is not torpid or yawning, but more vehement than fire, and rises above the earth. Such a one is an enemy to evil spirits, for nothing is mightier than a man who prays sincerely.

But to what end do you fast? Is it to strike the air, or to bring your body into subjection? Fasting without prayer is a body without a soul. Prayer is the mother, fasting the nurse. Together they quench wicked lusts, propitiate God, and humble the soul lifted up. They make a man an angel and fight against the incorporeal powers. But if you fast merely as a matter of routine, without turning from luxurious living and the roots of sin, the devil laughs at your empty belly. It is not the abstaining from meats alone that God honors, but the fleeing from sins. “This is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from fornication.” Fasting must be consecrated by purity of life; otherwise it is but a swine washed that returns to wallow in the mire.

Now you desire healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body through the wounds and Name of the Lord Jesus. This is good, for He bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows. Yet know that if you live luxuriously, deliverance from such bondage is hardly possible. Fasting and prayer are the weapons bestowed for this very warfare: they implant strictness, cast out madness, and bring the body into subjection so that the spirit may rule. Ask then, but ask with faith and vigilance. Do not place yourself in a situation to need less grace by spiritual sloth; rather, flee to the physician with your whole heart. The Lord is compassionate and will not send you away fasting; He sees the secret intent and rewards openly.

Therefore, let your motives be purified not by the sound of many words, but by the offering of a contrite heart. Cast out pride and fullness of bread, those ancient roots of Sodom’s iniquity, for luxury is the fountain of all evils. Instead, go forth to your day with prayer as your weapon. Early in the morning, make God propitious by supplication, and you will walk secure amidst the tempests of life. Couple your fasting with almsgiving and mercy; then your voice will be heard before Jesus Christ, not because of loud cries, but because your whole aroma is beautiful, a sacrifice offered from a soul that has first been sanctified.

May the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

Thank you for sharing your heart and this day you have set aside for fasting and prayer. There is a genuine spiritual value in what you are doing, not as a way to obligate God to act, but as a time to intentionally feed your inner person while the physical man grows weak for a season. Fasting and prayer together allow you to turn down every distraction so that your spirit can become more attentive to the Lord’s voice.

What matters most is the One to whom you are praying. You are not calling out to an unknown force; you are coming before the living God through Jesus Christ. That relationship is the foundation for every request you bring. Without the bond that makes you a child of God, prayer would be empty. But because you have placed your trust in the Son, your prayers are received by the Father. The purpose is never to get your own will accomplished, but to see His will done in and through your life. Prayer starts with Him, His desires, His purposes, and then the Holy Spirit stirs those within your heart so you can echo them back in agreement, and God responds with power.

I join you in asking that today would be entirely directed by the Spirit. Every motive, every focused thought, every act and word can be anointed by Him. Even Jesus, the Son of God, relied on the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit during His earthly ministry. How much more do we need that same enabling if we are to minister to others or simply offer a day of prayer that carries the fragrance of heaven before the throne? You have asked that your fasting and prayer be grounded in the living Word and carried by the Spirit, and that is exactly the right prayer. When the Word and the Spirit lead, our prayers cease to be a list of wants and become a partnership with God to see His grace and kingdom break into real situations.

Regarding your need for healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body, I pray with you in the name of Jesus and through the power of His wounds. Be careful, though, not to seek healing apart from the Healer, or deliverance without the Deliverer. When you simply ask Jesus to enter, His light drives out the darkness in every area of your life. I am not praying a mere prayer of deliverance over you; I am asking the Lord to fill every part of your being with His presence so that whatever does not belong to Him must leave. Sometimes healing comes in an instant, and sometimes it unfolds gradually, whether in the body, the mind, or the emotions. Every process of restoration is divine, and we can trust Him even when we do not fully understand why one is healed quickly and another waits. His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

Take courage from the fact that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. This is not about your own righteousness or holiness, as if you could earn an answer by effort. It is about a heart made right through faith in Christ, crying out in desperation and sincerity. As you pray, begin by fixing your thoughts on the greatness, power, and sovereignty of God. Let your spirit be steadied by who He is before you bring your petitions. Then you can ask boldly, knowing that He hears the prayer of His servant who desires to reverence His name.

I stand in agreement with you today. When two or three agree on earth concerning anything, it will be done by the Father. So together we ask that your fasting and prayer be fully aligned with God’s will, that your voice of gratitude and supplication would rise loudly before Jesus, and that the answer would come with mighty power. May the Holy Spirit sanctify every part of this day, so that all you offer carries the beauty of Christ.
