We are glad that the request specified that it is In the name of Jesus Christ. It is by that name that we have access to God. Let us then make our requests known with thanksgiving.
We agree with your hearts' desire to be sanctified, inspired, strengthened, and blessed as you embark on this day of fasting and prayer. We pray that your motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors will be pleasing to the Lord, reflecting the beauty of Christ in all you do.

We pray that your fasting and prayer will be guided by the Holy Spirit, firmly rooted in God's Word. Your efforts are be a sweet fragrance before Jesus Christ.

We also lift up the bond between you and your brother. We pray for perfect unity and that it will be a friendship focused entirely on God and free from any influence of the evil one.
