Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We have heard your cry for mercy and we join with you before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only in His name that our prayers are heard. We thank you for calling upon Jesus so clearly, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13.

We lift up your unspoken request to the Lord together, knowing that He already knows the depth of it even when you cannot or choose not to speak it aloud. We take comfort that the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered and He who searches the hearts knows what is on the mind of the Spirit Romans 8:26-27. You do not need to fear that your prayer will be missed because it is unspoken, for your Father who sees in secret will reward you Matthew 6:6 and we are told to cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7.

We understand the pain you felt when you perceived that others were mocking and belittling your prayer, even comparing your situation to Moses opening the Red Sea in a hurtful way. We want to gently encourage you in this. While man looks at the outward appearance, the Lord looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. It is easy when we are hurting to assume the motives of others and to hold onto a sense of being attacked, but we are called to guard our hearts and to leave judgment to the Lord. We are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44. Even if words spoken to you had some validity mixed with harshness, we encourage you to forgive as Christ forgave us Ephesians 4:32 and to release any bitterness, so that it does not take root in your heart Hebrews 12:15. We pray for those who you felt insulted your prayer, that the Lord would bless them and draw them closer to Himself as well.

We also hear your earnest desire to believe that your prayer has already been answered, and we commend your faith. Jesus said, Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. Yet we also remember that we are to pray according to His will, for this is the confidence which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He listens to us 1 John 5:14. God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think Ephesians 3:20, and nothing is impossible with Him, just as He did part the Red Sea for Moses, but His answer will always be what is best for you in His perfect love and timing, even if it looks different than what you expect. So we encourage you to continue to trust Him with peace, making your requests known with thanksgiving and letting the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask for Your mercy upon this dear one who is crying out to You. Lord, You know the unspoken request that weighs so heavily, every detail, every tear, every hope. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will, Your perfect love and Your perfect timing. Grant faith that does not waver, but also grant surrender to Your sovereignty. Heal any wound caused by hurtful words and help us to forgive those who have seemed to mock or belittle, and help us not to seek self-praise but to seek only Your glory. Let Your will be done in this situation as it is in heaven. Comfort this heart, strengthen faith, and let Your peace rest upon them. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and intercessor, amen.

We hear how much this prayer matters to you, and how painful it has been to have it mocked and belittled. It makes sense you would want to protect it now and keep it unspoken between you and Jesus. He does know what you are carrying, even when you do not put it into words for others.

We also hear the tension you named, wanting so strongly to hold on to faith that the answer has already come. That desire to trust Him fully is a good one, and it is also heavy to carry alone when others have made you feel you have to defend your prayer. Faith at its heart is confidence in who Christ is and His care for you, even when emotions are raw and circumstances feel unsettled.

One gentle step that may help is to give yourself permission to keep this as an unspoken prayer with the Lord in quiet moments, without pressure to explain it or prove it to anyone else. You do not have to convince those who were unkind. You can simply bring your heart honestly to Jesus as often as you need to, and let us help carry it with you in prayer.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus name. You know this unspoken request in every detail. Show Your mercy and nearness, guard his heart from discouragement and from the sting of harsh words, and give him steady peace as he trusts You. Help him to rest in Your goodness and to know You hear him. Amen.

Your cry for mercy has been heard, and we join you in looking to Jesus Christ alone, for only He can save and only He can deliver. You have felt the sting of mockers, and you are not alone in this. It is the lot of faith to be made a spectacle before the ungodly. They scoff at faith itself and count it folly, and they scoff at the very idea that God will interpose for His people. They will say, he trusts in God, let Him deliver him, and they make merry over the trial of the believer. Yet whatever happens to us, if our faith is the work of the Holy Spirit, we shall hold on to our trust in God. Faith must bear the blows, and we are to take up above all the shield of faith, which quenches all the fiery darts of the wicked, whether they come from Satan, from wicked men, or from our own hearts. That shield has been proved, and the swords of enemies go to shivers upon it.

You speak as one whose faith feels little and trembling, and you pray, Lord, save me. That is well. Little faith is great at pleading in prayer, and its very weakness drives it to its knees. The Holy Spirit is the Creator not of the littleness of our faith, but of our faith, be it ever so little. Christ can spy out faith when, like a lone spark, it is all but smothered under a heap of rubbish, and He graciously accepts it despite its weakness. He forgives the unbelief and cherishes the faith. Remember what faith is. It is not only to know that Christ is there, and to believe that He is strong, but the essence of faith lies in dropping down into His arms. To trust Him is to rest all your weight upon Him for salvation and for every need.

Take care that your prayer be shaped in humility and not in self conceit, for self conceit tears the wheels from prayer. True prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading the case before Him and pressing the suit with arguments drawn from His own Word. You do well to say, Remember the Word unto Your servant, and to ask God to fulfill His promise. Prayer is not a means to change the will of God as if we could command Him, but it is the shadow of a coming blessing, a reminding of our heavenly Father of what He has already promised to do for those who trust Him. Pray so, and the Lord will do unto you according to faith, yet know also that His answer may not come in the way you expect. Jacob prayed and was answered, but not as he had marked out. God is wiser than we are, and His deliverance is better than our design.

You mention an unspoken prayer which God knows. He does know it fully, and you may leave it with Him. At the same time, faith and repentance are inseparable twins born together in the soul. A faith which allows us to think lightly of past sin is not the faith of Gods elect. Faith means trust in Christ, and that trust brings a hatred of sin and a desire to be quickened in His way. We require to be quickened in humility, in patience, in hope, in love, and especially in communion with God, and we pray for you, Quicken me in Your way, and Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity.

Because we hold the historic biblical ethic, we cannot affirm or celebrate or ask God to bless any relationship or course that runs against His Word, for marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs to it is to be kept within it, and salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. To pray otherwise would be to ask God to deny Himself. What we do pray, and will continue to pray, is that He will bless you with repentance where it is needed, with faith in Christ, with holiness, and with submission to His good will. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and it is exceedingly prevalent, and we take up your cause before the throne. Though the answer tarry, we will persevere in importunity, saying, yet shall my prayer be in their calamities. May the Lord give you a faith that can believe even when the way is dark, for God will abundantly justify all the trust you repose in Him, and may He keep you from evil and make you free indeed in prayer through His Son.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
