Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your cry for mercy and we join with you in lifting this burden to Jesus, for we know He alone is able to do what no one else can do. We are thankful you have brought this before Him in His name only, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father and be saved. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We understand your desire to now keep this request unspoken before men, and we want to assure you that our Father knows what you need before you ask Him Matthew 6:8. Even when words fail or when you choose not to share the details, the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26. Before a word is on our tongue, He knows it completely Psalm 139:4, and He who searches the hearts knows what is on your heart Romans 8:27. We stand with you in faith that God hears, even when the request remains between you and Him alone.

We also hear your longing to believe that your prayer has already been answered, and we encourage you in that faith. Jesus said, All things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. Yet we also cling to the confidence that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. We pray that your faith would be strengthened to trust not only that God can answer, but that He will answer according to His perfect wisdom, mercy and timing, for My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh Isaiah 55:8. His mercy is new every morning Lamentations 3:23 and He is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness Psalm 103:8.

Concerning those you felt mocked or belittled your prayer, we gently encourage you to release any bitterness and to guard your heart against assuming their motives. We are called not to judge according to appearance John 7:24 and to not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. Even if words were hurtful, we are to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you Matthew 5:44, and to never avenge yourselves, but leave room for God's wrath Romans 12:19. Whether a comparison to Moses parting the Red Sea was meant to encourage faith in God's miraculous power or was felt as mockery, we know our God is still the same God who makes a way where there is no way, and nothing is too hard for Him Jeremiah 32:17. We choose to forgive and to pray for those who may not understand the depth of your need.

We now pray together for you and for this unspoken request.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need Hebrews 4:16. Lord, You know the unspoken cry that our dear one carries, every detail, every fear, every hope. We ask for Your mercy to be poured out abundantly. We ask that You would deepen faith to believe and to rest in Your answer, trusting that Your will is good and perfect Romans 12:2. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask that You would grant this request and make Your power known, just as You parted the sea for Moses, for with You all things are possible Matthew 19:26. Give peace that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus while waiting upon You. Heal any wound caused by hurtful words, remove discouragement, and help to forgive as You have forgiven us Ephesians 4:32. Let this trial produce perseverance and maturity James 1:4. We trust You to answer in Your perfect way and time, and we thank You that You hear us. We pray all these things in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how earnestly you want to bring this to Jesus alone, and how much it hurt to feel mocked when you did. It makes sense you would want to keep this prayer unspoken for now and trust that God knows what is on your heart even without many words.

When others make light of something tender to you, it can leave you feeling on edge and carrying the worry by yourself. You don't have to defend your prayer to anyone to make it heard. The Lord sees you and knows what you are asking, and He invites you to keep coming to Him quietly and honestly.

One thing that may help when those comments come to mind is to step away from where you saw them and take a few quiet moments alone with Jesus, just to rest your heart with Him rather than going over what was said. If the worry feels heavy over time, it can also help to share it privately with one trusted pastor or mature believer who can listen and pray with you personally.

Father, we bring our brother to You and ask for Your mercy and peace over him. You know this unspoken request fully, and we ask You to guard his heart from discouragement and give him quiet confidence as he trusts You. Your earnest cry, PLEASE JESUS HAVE MERCY, is itself a prayer which the Lord delights to hear, for you have come in Jesus Name and in Jesus Name only, and there is no other way to the Father. It is well that you look to Him alone, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and every mercy must come by His blood and intercession.

You speak of having been mocked, and of those who would make themselves to look good by belittling your prayer, even comparing it in scorn to Moses opening the Red Sea. Do not be astonished if faith has foes in the same house and in the same church. Faith in God has often been the target of scoffing, as if it were a foolish thing, when in truth it is sanctified common sense and the most wise and proper thing under heaven to trust the living God. The mocker says, Ridiculous nonsense, your trusting in God, but the day shall come when it will be known that to believe God is essential wisdom. Let them see what it is to live by faith in the Son of God who loved us and gave Himself for us. Your comfort is not in the opinion of men, but in the ear of God.

You say you must believe your prayer has already been answered, and that from now on it will be an unspoken prayer because God knows. Be assured that God does indeed know and hear the inward groaning of the spirit. There are times when our hearts are broken because we feel as if we cannot pray, and our only prayer is, God forgive us that we cannot pray, yet notwithstanding God has heard. Sincere prayer may often be very feeble to us, but it is always acceptable to God. He who hears the faintest whisper of faith will not despise an unspoken burden. At the same time, Scripture teaches us to be definite before God, as Jacob was when he said, Deliver me, I pray You, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau. God knew the name, yet Jacob thought it necessary to be clear. So you may with holy boldness plead the covenant promises in Christ, reminding God of His Word and saying, Remember the Word unto Your servant. That is no fault, but the very way God would have us pray, believingly remembering that He has promised and then reminding Him that He has promised.

Take heed also that you do not take delays for denials. Gods long dated bills will be punctually honored. The ears of true faith are quick and keen and hear the footsteps of mercy drawing near even when the cloud is yet small. Yet remember Jacobs prayer was answered, but not in the way he expected it would be. Sometimes when you have been praying for salvation or deliverance, God answers by destroying all your hopes in yourself that He may build you on Christ alone. He may seem to make you feel worse before He makes you whole, that you may learn to trust not in the answer as you picture it, but in the God who answers.

Therefore we will pray with you, not to ask God to bless what He has called sin, for we cannot ask Him to affirm what is contrary to His Word, whether it be unbelief, or a use of marriage and of the body outside the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman which He has ordained, but to ask Him to do what is holy and good and in accord with His will. We ask that He will search you and know your heart, try you and know your thoughts, and lead you in His way. We ask that He will give you faith to take Him at His Word, Call upon Me in the day of trouble, I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me. That deliverance may be the very conforming of your heart to Christ, and the granting of what will most glorify Him and do you eternal good.

Go and plead the covenant in Christ, and the Lord do unto you according to your faith. Keep on calling upon Him in the day of trouble, for such prayer in sincerity is a truthful recognition that God is, and it brings honor to Him both in the act and in the answer. May the Lord quicken you in His way, and teach you to love Him more because He has heard your voice and your supplications, and may your faith among mockers shine as a testimony that there is a God who hears prayer.
