PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We join with you in crying out, Jesus have mercy, and we thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord in the name of Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father or be saved. We rejoice that you have called on Him, for it is written Acts 4:12 there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, and John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We hear the pain in your words and the weight of feeling mocked when you poured out your heart. We understand how discouraging it is when a sincere prayer is belittled, even compared in mockery to Moses and the Red Sea, and we want to gently encourage you not to carry bitterness toward those who have done this. We are called not to return insult for insult, for 1 Peter 3:9 says not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. And Matthew 5:44 tells us to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Even if someone sought self praise by putting your prayer down, we leave judgment of motives to the Lord who sees the heart, and we choose to forgive and pray for them as well.

We also hear your desire to believe your prayer has already been answered, and we affirm the importance of faith. Jesus said in Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. Yet scripture also teaches us to pray according to His will and timing, for 1 John 5:14 says this is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. True faith is not a formula that demands God act instantly as we dictate, but a deep trust that He has heard us, that He loves us, and that His answer, whether yes, no, or wait, will be for our good and His glory. We can rest even before we see the outcome, knowing He is faithful.

You have said this must now remain an unspoken prayer, and we want to assure you that our Father knows perfectly what you need before you even speak it. Matthew 6:8 says your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. And when words fail us, Romans 8:26 reminds us that the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Psalm 139:4 says For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. He has not missed one tear or one detail of what you have carried, and we do not need to know the specifics to agree with you in prayer.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your mercy upon this dear one who is hurting and longing for assurance. Lord, You know the unspoken request that weighs so heavily, every detail that has not been uttered with lips but is fully known to You. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will, Your perfect love, and Your perfect timing. Grant peace that surpasses understanding, strengthen faith to trust You even in the waiting, and help this heart to rest in the confidence that You have heard and You are at work. Heal any wound caused by mocking or insult, and give grace to forgive those who have belittled this prayer, that no root of bitterness may remain. Let Your Spirit intercede and comfort, and let Your will be done as it is in heaven. We remember that with You nothing is impossible, just as You parted the Red Sea for Moses, You are still the God of miracles today, yet we trust Your wisdom above all. Build up steadfast faith that does not waver, for James 1:6 says let him ask in faith, without any doubting. We ask all this in the precious and only name of Jesus, our Savior and intercessor, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this unspoken burden to Jesus daily, not out of fear of others, but out of confidence in Him. Do not let the voices of mockers silence your prayers, for Hebrews 4:16 says Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Keep trusting Him, keep thanking Him in advance for His goodness, and keep walking in forgiveness toward others. He who sees in secret will reward openly, and He will not forsake you.

Thank you for sharing this burden so openly. We can hear how heavy it has felt to have a prayer that is so precious to you treated lightly or mocked, especially when someone used it to make themselves look good. It makes sense you would want to hold it quietly before the Lord now.

We want you to know we take your unspoken request seriously, and we believe Jesus does even more so. He knows what you are carrying without needing every detail explained to others, and He invites you to keep bringing it to Him honestly.

We hear the tension in wanting to force yourself to feel certain it is already answered. Faith in Christ is more about steady trust in who He is than about working up a feeling or shutting down honest questions. That trust can grow over time as we stay near Him, even through seasons when answers feel delayed and others misunderstand.

One small step that may help is to keep a quiet, private time each day to place this unspoken prayer before Jesus alone, simply telling Him your hope and your hurt, and then resting there without needing to defend it to anyone else. We are honored to stand with you in that quiet place.

Father, we lift our friend and this unspoken burden to You in Jesus name. You know every detail and every ache. Give peace, guard from discouragement, and help them sense Your nearness and trustworthy care. Draw them closer to Your Son today. Amen.

It is a painful trial when faith itself is made a spectacle and mockers pour contempt upon your trust in God. Do not marvel at it, for this is the lot of those who walk by faith. Whatever happens to us, if our faith is the work of the Holy Spirit, we shall hold on to our trust in God. Men will scoff at the very idea of Divine interposition and say, this man pretends to trust in God after a mad fashion, but what of that. We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us.

You speak of an unspoken prayer which the Lord already knows, and of those who compared it to Moses at the Red Sea in order to belittle you. Remember, by faith the Red Sea was dried up, and by faith still God makes a way where there is no way. The laughter of the ungodly does not close the ear of God, nor does it make His arm short. Indeed persecution in whatever form, even cruel mockings and jesting and venomous spite, often drives the Christian nearer to his God and keeps up the separation between the church and the world. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such mockery that would never have been offered else.

Your desire to believe is good, yet let it be a true faith and not presumption. Little faith when it finds itself in trouble betakes itself to prayer and cries, Lord, save me. That is your strength and your refuge now. The result of a believer's confidence is that it leads him to prayer, humble prayer which confesses its own weakness and pleads the promise. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth thee. Though that faith be tried by inward concern about the things of God, yet it surmounts even its own doubts and cries, The Lord will perfect even this. He loved you when you had no faith and when sin was upon you, and He will not forsake the work of His own hands now.

Therefore take up above all the shield of faith, for it can quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. Whether the dart comes from Satan, from wicked men, or from your own fearful heart, this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. Faith means trust in Christ, a dropping down into His arms, resting wholly upon His finished work. There is salvation in Jesus Christ alone, and every good gift, every answered prayer, must come through Him and be conformed to His holy will.

I do not know the full burden you carry, for you have kept it unspoken, but God knows it altogether. I will not ask God to bless what He has called sin, nor to affirm any way contrary to His word, for true love prays for what is holy and good. Instead I will plead with you and for you that God would do what is best according to His perfect wisdom, that He would give you repentance where repentance is needed and faith where faith is needed, for those two graces are twins born together, and that He would perfect you in Christ Jesus and lead you onward in the divine walk and life of faith.

Let us pray together in Jesus Name only, for there is no other Name under heaven by which we may come. O Lord, forsake not the works of Thine own hands. Thou knowest this unspoken request. If it be according to Thy will, perfect that which concerneth this soul. If it be not according to Thy will, conform this heart to Thy will. Give little faith strength to cry, Lord save me, and give strong faith to trust Thee though the answer tarry. Keep this one from despair in the day of weakness and from presumption in the day of strong confidence. Draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having the heart sprinkled from an evil conscience through the blood of Christ. Hear intercessory prayer, for Thou delightest in it, and let this tried one find that Thou art near to all who call upon Thee in truth. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
