PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear the urgency and faith in your cry for mercy and we stand with you in agreement before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we can approach God and be saved. You are right to bring this only to Jesus, for as it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We honor that you have asked in His name and we join our faith with yours.

We also hear your pain over those who have mocked and insulted this prayer, even comparing your need to Moses opening the Red Sea as if to belittle what God can do. We want to encourage you that God is not limited and nothing is impossible with Him. With God all things are possible Matthew 19:26 and For everything spoken by God is possible Luke 1:37. The same God who parted the Red Sea still hears and still delivers, and those who scoff do not diminish His power. We also gently encourage you not to carry bitterness toward those people, but to release them to the Lord. We are called to bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44 and to remember that Vengeance belongs to me says the Lord Romans 12:19. God sees the heart and the motives of all, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7, and He will deal justly.

We understand why you now hold this as an unspoken request and we want to assure you that God knows it fully even without words. Your Father knows what things you need before you ask him Matthew 6:8 and even before a word is on your tongue He knows it altogether Psalm 139:4. The Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered and He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit's mind Romans 8:26-27. You do not need to explain or defend this prayer to anyone else.

You said you must believe your prayer has already been answered and that desire for faith honors God. We agree with the promise that Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. At the same time we cling to this confidence, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us and if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him 1 John 5:14-15. True faith trusts not only that God can answer, but that He will answer according to His perfect will and timing, without doubting James 1:6 and with thanksgiving Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together now for you and for this unspoken burden.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up this dear one who cries for mercy and who believes You have heard. You know the unspoken request that weighs so heavily, every detail, every hurt, every hope. We ask that You would grant mercy, show Your power, and answer according to Your perfect will. Strengthen faith where there has been wounding from mocking words, heal any discouragement, and guard this heart with Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Help this one to cast all anxiety on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7 and to fear not, for You have said Fear not, for I am with you Isaiah 41:10. We also pray for those who have insulted this prayer, that You would convict and have mercy on them and turn their hearts toward humility. Let this prayer be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and help our friend to continue in believing prayer, seeking first Your kingdom and trusting Your timing. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast, to continue in prayer with thanksgiving, and to rest in the knowledge that God has heard you. Keep trusting Him even when others do not understand, for He who promised is faithful Hebrews 10:23. We are continuing to pray with you.

We heard how heavy this has felt for you, especially the sting of feeling mocked when you were trying to bring something so personal to Jesus. It makes sense that you would want to hold this prayer quietly between you and Him now.

We want you to know we take your unspoken request seriously, and more importantly, Jesus does. He does not need the details explained or defended to others to understand what is on your heart. Keeping it unspoken before Him is not hiding your faith, it is trusting Him to hear even what you do not put into words for anyone else.

When a prayer has felt belittled, it can leave you watching for the next hurtful comment. If it helps, give yourself a simple, private way to keep bringing this to Jesus without having to re-expose it. A quiet time each day where you just tell Him, in your own words, that you are trusting Him with this unspoken burden, can be a steady place to rest. And if you want another person praying with you, it is okay to ask one trusted, mature believer to pray generally for you without needing to share all the details.

Jesus, we lift this friend to You now. You know this unspoken prayer fully and You know the hurt that came with sharing it. We ask for Your mercy, Your peace, and a quiet confidence that You are near and hearing. Guard this heart from discouragement and draw it closer to You each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry for mercy is one which the Lord never turns away when it comes from a sinner conscious of his danger as a sinner. It is not the case of a Christian asking a blessing for himself after a fancy of his own, but the case of a soul seeking the altogether gratuitous mercy of God, and that mercy only comes to those who rest in Jesus Christ alone, waiting patiently for Him.

I would have you take heart concerning those who have mocked and made light of your prayer. No doubt we may expect to have all the more of the laughter of the ungodly who will make a spectacle of us for our faith, but what of that? We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us. Men scoff at the very idea of Divine interposition, and will compare your faith to Moses opening the Red Sea as though it were folly. Yet faith among mockers must hold on to its trust in God. Whether He gives exactly what we look for or not, we will still trust in Him, for it is our delight. Let not the scorn of others drive you from the mercy seat, but let your faith be still more resolved to give up all dependence anywhere but upon God, and let your cry grow more and more vehement.

You say you must believe your prayer has already been answered, and that it must now remain unspoken because God knows. It is true that the Lord knows what you need before you ask, and that prayer is often the shadow of mercy before it comes. Yet take heed that you do not get a fancy into your head and then demand that God seal it as answered. Brethren, we must use enquiry in prayer, and regard prayer as being, first, an enquiry for the promise, and then on the strength of that promise an enquiry for the fulfillment. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. But to claim an answer upon our own terms without the warrant of Scripture will only leave us to get that fancy out again, for it will be of no service.

Therefore bring your unspoken burden before the Author of the Book and ask Him to open its meaning to you. Prayer is that great key which opens mysteries. If your request concerns any relationship, any manner of living together, or any hope of happiness, lay it under the light of His Word. There we learn that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that the union of the body and the dwelling together belong within that covenant. Whatever you ask, ask that God would conform your heart and your desires to that holy pattern, and that He would give you constraining and restraining grace to walk therein. Do not ask me or any man to ask God to bless what His Word does not bless, for true prayer is pleading with the Most High and spreading our case before Him with arguments drawn from His own promises.

Do not cease from your trust, nor from your prayer, both in the daytime and at night, for the Lord will still hear. Like Jacob, your prayer may be answered, but not in the way you expected. Like Elijah, you may have to send seven times to look for the cloud. Like Daniel, you may find that at the commencement of your prayer mercy was already set in motion, though the full blessing tarries for your good. Cling to your faith. It is your life, your strength, your joy. What is to become of us if we have not faith in Jesus? He ever lives to intercede, and what is the great protection of our faith but our Saviour's intercession, for He has prayed for you that your faith fail not.

So continue to pray, not with a demand that God must do as you have determined, but with that handy prayer which suits every case, Lord, help me. Cry for mercy, cry for sanctifying grace, cry for a fresh assurance of faith and for deliverance in the hour of temptation. Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength. May the God of peace, who gives mercy freely through the sacrifice of His dear Son, give you to rest in Christ alone and to find your will bent to His good and perfect will.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for mercy in the name of Jesus alone is heard, and God indeed knows the unspoken request that you have placed before Him. He does not need many words to understand the heart, and He is not moved by those who mock or try to make themselves look good by belittling the prayers of others.

Take courage from the faith that God honors. As with those who passed through the Red Sea, faith often goes beyond human reasoning and strength. What seemed impossible to human eyes was made possible because they trusted and prayed, and Moses himself prayed before the sea was parted. Jesus has taught that those who are confident in faith and prayer will see great things, even the moving of mountains, not so that we can boast, but so that we may not be afraid when plots and insults come against us.

Do not let the insults of others turn you away from prayer or make you hide your hope. At the same time, do not think that believing a prayer is already answered means we can demand from God whatever we desire. True faith trusts both His power to do all things and His wisdom to do what is best. Our part is to keep calling upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ with humility, knowing that even our faith itself is a gift of grace and not something we produce on our own.

Continue to seek Him with persistence. Prayer is a great weapon and an unshaken tower, and we need it morning and night as we go through each day with its many trials and temptations. Yet prayer is not alone. God calls us to add our own obedience and striving to our prayers, for He desires both our trust and our faithfulness. Fasting and prayer together, offered first to Him, bring power and make us more alert to His will, and the prayers of other believers help us when we ourselves remain watchful and humble.

We will pray for you now in the name of Jesus alone, that God in His mercy would show you clearly what is according to His good will, that He would strengthen your faith beyond fear, guard your heart from discouragement and from any desire for self praise, and grant you peace to wait on His answer in His perfect time. If there is anything in this request that needs to be brought into greater conformity to His word, whether in belief, in conduct, or in relationships, we pray He would reveal it with kindness and give you grace to follow Him fully, for He made us to be His sons and to walk with Christ in holiness.

Keep bringing this unspoken burden to Him quietly and confidently, not for the approval of others, but before the One who sees in secret and rewards openly.
