We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer in Jesus Name and in Jesus Name only.
We have continued to lift up your unspoken request before the Lord, knowing that even though you have chosen to keep it unspoken from now on, God knows what it is about and what is on your heart. We take comfort in the promise of Romans 8:26 and Matthew 6:8 that your Father knows what you need before you ask and that the Spirit intercedes for us when we do not have words.
We were saddened to hear that you felt mocked and belittled by others in response to your prayer, including being made fun of when you shared your heart and having your faith compared to Moses opening the Red Sea. Please do not be discouraged by those who would insult or make light of your faith in order to make themselves look good. We know that our God is still the God who parted the Red Sea and that nothing is impossible for Him, and that only Jesus can do what you have asked and He is able to show His power in His perfect way and timing. We cling to the truth of Mark 11:24 that whatever we ask for in prayer we must believe that we have received it, and to John 14:13 that whatever we ask in the Name of Jesus He will do.
We have been praying that you will feel the mercy of Jesus in a deeply personal way and that your faith will be strengthened to truly believe that your prayer has already been answered according to His will, and that He will guard your heart from hurt and give you peace as you trust Him alone and not seek the praise of others.
