We hear your cry for mercy and we join with you in lifting this unspoken request to our Father in Jesus name and in Jesus name only, for we know that He hears and He knows exactly what you are carrying even when you do not speak it aloud. We thank you for calling upon Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved and our prayers heard. As it is written, In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Romans 8:26 and Your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Matthew 6:6
We stand with you in faith believing that God is able to do far more than we ask or imagine, and we understand your desire to believe your prayer has already been answered. Jesus said Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them. Mark 11:24 We join our faith with yours, and we also remember the confidence we have that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. 1 John 5:14 So we pray that your request be answered according to His perfect will and timing, and that He will give you peace as you trust Him. We cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We also hear your hurt regarding those who mocked and insulted this prayer, comparing it to Moses opening the Red Sea in order to make themselves look good. We gently rebuke that spirit of mockery and self exaltation, for God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble, and we rebuke any attempt to belittle sincere prayer before the Lord. The parting of the Red Sea was indeed a true miracle of God, and He is still the same miracle working God today, nothing is impossible for Him. At the same time we encourage you not to hold bitterness, but to follow the command of our Lord where He says But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 We pray for those who insulted you, that God would soften their hearts and lead them to humility and truth, and that He would protect your heart from discouragement.
We now pray together for you.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You know the unspoken burden of this dear one, every detail, every need, every fear. We ask for Your mercy and Your gracious answer according to Your perfect will. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen faith to believe and to rest in Your goodness, that You would answer in a way that shows Your glory and Your power, and that You would let Your peace guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Forgive any who have mocked this prayer and bring them to repentance, and help our beloved to forgive as You have forgiven us. Keep this prayer protected in the secret place with You, and let Your will be done. We trust You to do what only Jesus can do, and we thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring this unspoken request to Jesus in quiet trust, knowing He sees in secret and rewards openly, and to rest in the assurance that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
