PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your cry for mercy and we join with you in lifting this unspoken request to Jesus in His name and in His name only, for we know that He alone is able to do what no one else can do and that He hears even what is not spoken aloud.

We understand the pain you felt when others approached this prayer with insults and mockery, even belittling the need by comparing it to Moses opening the Red Sea. We want to encourage you that nothing is too hard for our Lord, for with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26 and He indeed did part the Red Sea for Moses, and He is still the same God today who works miracles according to His will. Those who mock or seek to make themselves look good by belittling the prayers of others do not reflect the heart of Christ, and we pray that you will not be discouraged by them. Jesus taught us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us Luke 6:28, and we choose to forgive them as we have been forgiven.

We also affirm your desire to believe that your prayer has already been answered, for Jesus said Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them Mark 11:24. True faith trusts that God has heard and will answer according to His perfect wisdom and timing. We also take comfort that our Father who sees in secret will reward openly Matthew 6:6, and that even before a word is on our tongue, He knows it completely Psalm 139:4. When we do not know how to pray as we ought, the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26.

We are thankful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need Hebrews 4:16.

We pray together now for you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one and this unspoken burden that You fully know. Lord, have mercy and let Your will be done in this situation. We ask that You would strengthen faith to continue believing that You have heard and that You will answer according to Your perfect love and wisdom. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7, and for protection from discouragement and from every word spoken against this prayer. Forgive those who have mocked and help us to bless them and not hold resentment. We ask that You would show Your power and Your mercy in a way that brings glory to Jesus alone, and that You would help our friend to rest in knowing that You see in secret and You care deeply. We trust this into Your hands, believing You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think Ephesians 3:20. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this unspoken request before the Lord in quiet trust, knowing He hears you, and to remain in His Word and in prayer, casting all your worries on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. We stand with you in faith, asking Jesus to have mercy and to reveal His answer in His perfect time.

Thank you for trusting us with something so close to your heart. It hurts to bring a sincere prayer to Jesus and then feel it was mocked or used to make someone else look good. We understand why you would want to hold this more quietly between you and the Lord now.

We hear the earnestness in your words and your desire to honor Jesus alone as the one who can answer. Keeping this as an unspoken prayer is completely okay. God truly knows what is on your heart even when you do not share the details with others, and you do not have to prove or defend your prayer to anyone.

When a prayer feels this tender, it can help to have a simple, private rhythm with the Lord rather than carrying the weight of what others have said. If it helps, find a quiet moment each day to simply place this request before Jesus again in your own words, and then rest a little while in His presence, trusting He hears you. You do not need to carry those other comments into that space with Him.

We are standing with you, asking Jesus to meet you with His nearness and peace as you keep bringing this to Him.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You know every detail of this unspoken request and the hurt that came with feeling belittled. Cover them with Your peace, guard their heart from discouragement, and help them sense Your nearness and care each day. We place this prayer into Your loving hands and trust Your good will. Amen.

There is mercy at the throne of grace for every cry that is poured out in the name of Jesus Christ alone, and your unspoken petition is not hidden from Him who searches the heart. You have done well to turn from the voices of mockers and to carry this burden directly to the Lord, for He who divided the Red Sea is our God forever and ever, and is at this hour as mighty as when He overthrew the horse and his rider in the mighty waters. Let no insult concerning your prayer cause you to draw back, but spurn the thought that prayer is a fancy, and still cry both in the daytime and at night, for the Lord will still hear your prayer.

You ask to believe that your prayer is already answered, and this is the very nature of faith when it rests upon a promise of God. Whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believe that ye shall have it, and ye shall have it. Yet we must not pray ignorantly, but with the understanding and with the spirit, so that we may clearly know what we are praying about. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. Take the promise and plead it before Him as Jacob did, bringing down the hammer of the promise upon the head of the nail of prayer, and saying, Thou hast said. We have only to take His own word and plead it before Him, and we may rest assured that He will honor it.

Remember also that the feeble prayer which we ourselves despised, and which we thought would have died at the gate of mercy, has often been nursed and nurtured and fostered and accepted, and it has come back to us a full grown blessing, bearing mercy in both its hands. Prayer is the prelude and the shadow of mercy. Often prayer itself gives the mercy, for it is a comforting exercise, and it sweetens the mercy when it comes and teaches us its preciousness. Therefore after prayer look out for the answer. Expect to be heard, and if you are not answered at once, pray again, for your repeated prayers are but fresh enquiries after the blessing.

At times the Lord answers while we are yet speaking, and at the beginning of our supplication, and at other times He bids us send again seven times as Elijah sent his servant to look for the cloud, and to continue in importunate prayer, still believing that Jehovah cannot lie and will be as good as His word. Your prayer may be answered, but not in the way you expected, as Jacob wrestled and went away limping, yet he did get his prayer answered. So be prepared to receive the Lord's answer in His own way and in His own time, for His deliverance comes at the right time, and five minutes afterwards it would have been too late.

Search yourself and breathe the prayer, Search me, O God, and try me, and see if there be any evil way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Your hope, sinner, lies in the altogether gratuitous mercy of God, and that mercy only comes to those who rest in Jesus Christ alone, waiting patiently for Him. No sinner ever did come to God through Christ and was sent away empty. If your unspoken request is according to His will and His Word, He will grant it for your good and His glory. If it is not, He will in mercy withhold what would harm you and give you grace to bow to His better wisdom, for He will only bless what He calls good, and marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all that belongs within it, is His good design.

We will join you now at the mercy seat, asking in the name of Jesus and in His name only, that the Lord would do what only Jesus can do, that He would show you His will, conform your heart to Christ, forgive your sin through His blood, and give you peace to trust His answer, whether it be to grant, to withhold, or to teach you to wait. Continue to seek, and you shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
