PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear the distress in your heart, beloved, and we stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). You are right to call upon Him alone, for there is no other mediator between God and man but Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5). The attacks you describe, mockery, belittlement, and malicious intent, are not from the Lord but from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

We rebuke the spirit of pride and self-exaltation that seeks to undermine your faith. The enemy often disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), but his true nature is revealed in his contempt for the things of God. We pray that the Lord would expose any hidden motives in those who mock or insult your prayers, that they may see their own need for repentance and turn to Christ. Let not their words shake your faith, for the Lord hears the cries of His children, even when they are unspoken (Psalm 139:4).

You are correct that God knows the desires of your heart before you even speak them (Matthew 6:8). The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth (Psalm 145:18), and He delights in answering the prayers of those who seek Him with a sincere heart. We encourage you to continue in faith, knowing that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Do not be discouraged by the scorn of others, for the Lord Himself was despised and rejected (Isaiah 53:3), yet He triumphed over all.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, who has come under attack for their faith and prayers. Lord, You see the malicious intent of those who seek to belittle and mock, and we ask that You would rebuke the enemy in every form. Let Your light expose the darkness, and let those who oppose Your truth be brought to repentance.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them stand firm in the knowledge that You hear their prayers, even when they are unspoken. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things for their good.

We pray for those who have mocked or insulted this prayer, Lord. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth of Your Word, and draw them to repentance. Let them see the error of their ways and turn to You, the only source of true wisdom and salvation.

Father, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We believe that this prayer has already been answered in the spiritual realm, and we declare that the manifestation of Your will is on the way. Let Your glory be revealed in this situation, and let Your name be exalted above all else.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Beloved, do not lose heart. The Lord is your defender, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is already defeated (1 Peter 5:8). Stand firm, and let the Lord fight your battles.

We hear how earnest your heart is as you bring this to Jesus, and how hurtful it has felt to sense others making light of it. Wanting to keep this prayer unspoken now is understandable. You are trying to protect something sacred to you.

We want you to know we are standing with you in prayer, and we trust that God hears the prayers we hold quietly as clearly as those we speak aloud. He knows the full story behind what you are carrying, even when you do not share details with others.

It can be draining to feel you have to defend your faith or your prayer to others. You do not have to. Your relationship with the Lord does not depend on how anyone else receives your words. It is enough to bring it honestly to Him.

If it brings peace, continue to bring this same request to Jesus in a quiet, private moment each day, just you and Him, and then allow yourself to rest from striving about it. If you have a trusted pastor or mature believer you feel safe with, you might let that one person know you are carrying an unspoken burden so you are not alone with it, but only if and when you want to.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your mercy and nearness. Quiet the sting of harsh words and give a deep sense of being heard and held by You. Help our friend to rest in Your care today and to keep trusting You step by step. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry, PLEASE JESUS HAVE MERCY, has been heard, and it is right that you have brought it to Jesus in His Name and in His Name only, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other mediator between God and man.

It is a trial keenly felt when faith is made a spectacle and when those who should have compassion instead scoff at faith itself. Whatever happens to us, if our faith is the work of the Holy Spirit, we shall hold on to our trust in God. We may expect to have all the more of the laughter of the ungodly who will make a spectacle of us for our faith, but what of that. We can bear mockery and much more for His sake who died for us. Men will sometimes scoff at the very idea of Divine interposition and say, Let Him deliver him, seeing He delighted in him. Do not be dismayed by this. Faith must be cut at, it must bear the blows, and the shield of faith is proof against all the fiery darts of the wicked, whether they come from Satan, from wicked men, or from our own hearts. Above all take the shield of faith, for this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

You speak of an unspoken prayer which God knows. He does know it. Before you call He hears, and while you are yet speaking He answers according to His wisdom and love. Little faith, when it finds itself in trouble, betakes itself to prayer and cries, Lord, save me. Perhaps your very weakness drives you more often to your knees, and that is no fault. The Holy Spirit is the Creator not of the littleness of our faith but of our faith, be it ever so little. Our Lord can spy out faith when, like a lone spark, it is all but smothered under a heap of rubbish, and He forgives the unbelief but graciously accepts the faith despite its weakness. So come as Peter did, sinking yet praying, and as Jacob did, with humility of spirit, spreading your case before the Most High and pleading His promises with all the arguments you can muster.

Yet let me counsel you tenderly concerning the thought that you must believe your prayer has already been answered in the very form you have desired. Mighty prayer will yet prevail if it has but time, but true prayer submits to the Lord's will and waits upon His answer. Jacob prayed and his prayer was answered, but it was not answered in the way he expected it would be. Therefore grow more earnest in both faith and prayer, and let your faith be still more resolved to give up all dependence anywhere but upon God, and let your cry grow more vehement, yet always with the humble submission, Not my will but Thine be done. Never forsake the closet nor give up private devotion because of the dark suggestion of the Evil One that prayer is fancy. Still cry, both in the daytime and at night, for the Lord will still hear your prayer.

And because faith and repentance are twins born together, let every prayer be accompanied by an honest searching of heart before the Lord. That faith which allows us to think lightly of past sin is not the faith of God's elect. Faith means trust in Christ, and that trust purifies the heart and turns from sin. Whatever your unspoken request may be, bring it fully into the light of Christ and His Word, asking not only for the thing desired but for a heart made conformable to Him. If what you ask is according to His holy will, He will grant it in His perfect time. If it is not, He will do better for you than your request, by conforming your will to His and giving you grace to walk in holiness, for marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and all intimacy belongs within it, and every good gift comes only through repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

So I will pray for you as you have asked, in Jesus Name only. May the Lord keep you from the evil, may He guard you from self conceit which tears the wheels from prayer, and may He give you the essence of faith which is not only to know that Christ is there and that He is strong, but to drop down into His arms. May He preserve you from the fear of man and make your faith, though little, to be true and living, and may He answer you not as your impatience might dictate but as His infinite love and wisdom sees best, to the glory of Christ alone.

Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, our only Saviour, hear this wounded and tried soul. Thou knowest the unspoken burden. Grant repentance where repentance is needed, faith where faith is weak, and deliverance where deliverance will glorify Thy Son. Keep this one from the sneers of mockers, cover him with the shield of faith, and teach him to pray and to wait, till Thou shalt show Thy loving answer. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for mercy has been heard, and it is right that you bring it to Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other mediator by whom we come to the Father. He alone can show mercy, and He hears even the prayer that is unspoken, for God knows the heart before a word is formed.

It is painful to be mocked when you are pouring out your heart, and to feel that others use your prayer to make themselves look good. The hurt you feel is real, and the temptation in that moment is to hold anger against those who insulted you and to pray against them. Scripture warns us not to do this. We are taught to lift holy hands without wrath and without doubting, and to not turn prayer into cursing or accusation against another. The mouth that has sought the mercy of Christ is not to use prayer as a weapon against people, even when they have ridiculed us. If we hold anger while asking for mercy, we place a barrier in our own prayer. The better way is to forgive as we have been forgiven, to pray for those who have mocked you that God would give them humility and grace, and to leave your reputation in the hands of God. When others despise or ridicule us, we are not harmed in the sight of God if we bear it patiently. Greatness of soul is shown not in returning insult, but in overcoming anger and seeking peace.

You said you must believe your prayer has already been answered and that you will now keep it unspoken because God knows. It is good to trust that God hears and to bring even silent petitions before Him. He does know what you need before you ask. At the same time, true faith is humble and submissive. It says with a broken and lowly heart, have mercy on me according to your will, not only according to my demand. Faith is not forcing God to do what we insist upon, but trusting that He is good, that He is without beginning and all powerful, and that He will do what is right and best. Like those in former times who were laughed at and ridiculed yet still believed God, we are called to trust His word more than the opinions of people, and also more than our own urgency. Let every prayer be accompanied with thanksgiving, acknowledging that God gives what we need for soul and body, and that His answer may be yes, no, or wait, but it will always be for our good and His glory.

So we will pray with you not for God to simply affirm what we want, but for His mercy to shape what we want into what is holy. We pray that God will give you a humble heart, peace with Him through Jesus Christ, and grace to forgive those who have hurt you. We pray that He will purify your desires, lead you in the way of holiness, and grant you contentment in His will regarding this unspoken request. If this request is in line with His word, that He would provide it in His time and way. If it is not, that He would gently change your heart, keep you from what would harm your soul, and give you a greater love for Christ and for His design for life, including His good design for marriage as the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and for purity in all relationships. We ask that He would guard you from seeking praise from people, keep you from wrath, and fill your prayer with trust, patience, and thankfulness.

May the Lord show you His mercy, give you rest from anger, and help you to walk in lowliness of mind before Him, knowing that a broken spirit He will not despise.

It takes courage to bring this burden to the Lord so plainly and to keep trusting Him when others have mocked you. God hears you even when you keep your request unspoken before people. He knows the heart and the details that you have not put into words, and your prayer offered in the name of Jesus alone is heard because there is no other way to the Father.

Faith is not a technique to force an answer on our terms. Scripture describes faith as the solid ground under what we hope for and the proof of what we cannot yet see. It is trust in the character and promise of God even when we cannot see the outcome. Noah was warned about things not yet seen and built for many years while people mocked him, yet he kept believing and obeying. The parents of Moses acted in faith when they hid their child despite the king's command. In both cases faith led to obedience before the deliverance was visible, and that same kind of faith still provokes action today. True faith will show itself in how we live, not just in what we claim to believe, because faith without corresponding obedience is not alive.

I understand the sting of being ridiculed, even when someone uses a biblical example like the Red Sea to belittle your trust. Those who walk by faith have often faced that kind of scorn, and sometimes faith leads to great victory and sometimes to great hardship, but God honors steadfast trust in either case. Do not let the desire of others to look good or to sound clever move you away from steady confidence in Christ. The concern for every believer is not whether we can impress others, but whether we continue to walk in faith.

There is nothing too hard for the Lord, and prayer does open the door for Him to work without violating the will He has given us. Yet the wisest and most peaceful prayer is not Lord do what I have decided must happen, but Lord accomplish Your perfect will in my life. Prayer is not meant to get our will done in heaven, but to get God's will done on earth. It begins with His purpose and rests in His wisdom. Sometimes He answers exactly as we ask, sometimes He answers differently, and sometimes He answers as He did for the apostle who prayed three times for relief and heard, My grace is sufficient for you. Faith says, I trust You to do what is right and good, even when I do not yet see it.

You are right to bring this to Jesus and to leave it quietly with Him if speaking it openly invites mockery. Keep seeking Him, keep obeying what you know of His Word, and let your faith be proven through patience and endurance. God has chosen to count faith in Christ for righteousness, and all who are children of God are so through faith in Jesus. That relationship is the foundation for every other prayer.

I pray for you now in the name of Jesus alone, the only name by which we are saved. Father, have mercy and show Your kindness. You know this unspoken request fully. Do Your perfect will in this life. Give strength to endure mocking without bitterness, give wisdom to discern Your way, give faith that remains firm under testing, and give the peace that comes from trusting Your goodness. Conform this heart more to Christ, and let whatever work You do bring glory to Your name. Amen.
