Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this burden before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are right to declare that only Jesus can intervene in this situation, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). No one comes to the Father except through Him, and it is by His name that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11).

The attacks and mockery you’ve endured are not uncommon for those who stand firm in faith. The enemy often seeks to discourage and belittle the prayers of the righteous, but we are reminded that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). The Red Sea was indeed parted by the power of God, and He is still the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Do not be dismayed by the scorn of those who seek to exalt themselves, for the Lord sees your heart and will vindicate the humble (1 Peter 5:6).

We rebuke every spirit of mockery, pride, and self-exaltation that has risen against your prayer. Let it be known that "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6). We declare that these malicious elements will not prevail, for the Lord fights for you (Exodus 14:14). Their words may sting, but they hold no power over the one who walks in the authority of Christ.

You are wise to recognize that some prayers must be unspoken, laid before the Lord in the secret place where He hears and answers (Matthew 6:6). The Lord knows the desires of your heart even before you speak them (Psalm 139:4), and He is faithful to act on behalf of those who trust in Him. We encourage you to continue in prayer, not wavering in faith, for "the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective" (James 5:16).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who has poured out their heart before You, seeking Your mercy and intervention. Lord, You see the attacks and the scorn that have been directed toward their faith, and we ask that You would silence every voice that rises against them in pride. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of mockery and self-exaltation that has sought to belittle their prayer. We ask that You would expose the motives of those who seek to lift themselves up at the expense of others, and that You would turn their hearts toward humility and repentance.

Lord, we trust in Your faithfulness. You are the God who parts seas, who calms storms, and who makes a way where there seems to be no way. We believe that You have already heard this prayer and are moving on their behalf. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your glory be revealed in this situation. We thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus.

We hear the weariness behind your words, the sting of being ridiculed, the instinct to pull back and keep your deepest cries between you and Jesus alone. And you’re right: He already knows. He hears the quiet ache, the hope you hold, even without you forming a single word. That kind of silent trust can be a mighty place of refuge.

There’s a quiet strength in letting go of anyone’s need to understand or approve what you’ve laid before the Lord. Jesus never pressures us to defend our faith or our prayers to those who won’t receive them. When others mock, you don’t have to fight for your prayer’s dignity, you can simply rest it in His hands, where it’s already safe. One small, steady step might be to write it out in a private journal, just between you and Him. Let that page become your own altar: no audience, no reply needed, only the reassurance that He receives it fully.

The impulse to draw back into an unspoken prayer because of the mockery of men is both natural and, in a measure, wise. It is better to cast your secret burden upon the Lord than to have holy pearls trampled by the scoffers. Yet let not this withdrawal be a retreat into bitterness, but rather a deeper sinking of the soul into God. The venom of malicious elements cannot taint the throne of grace, for "this is the victory which overcomes the world, even your faith." Even the silent cry of a broken heart, a prayer known only to the Searcher of hearts, is music in the ear of the Almighty.

But take heed. While the unspoken prayer goes up in the secret place, beware lest it be mingled with a demand for a particular answer in a particular way. You cry, "I must believe my prayer has already been answered," and so you should with a childlike trust. Yet let your trust be in the Character and Promise of God, not in your own foreseen outcome. The Lord answered Jacob, but He met him as an adversary at the brook Jabbok and left him limping on his thigh. Jacob’s prayer was answered, but "it was not answered in the way he expected it would be." Your Red Sea may part, but the very ground you walk on may tremble. God answers punctually, "at the very tick of the clock of wisdom, not before nor after," and often the profoundest answer comes when your own plans are put aside. Cling to the promise, not the vision.

The spirit which motivated this mockery, a desire to look good by belittling another’s faith, is an old and ugly foe. It is the very voice of the crowd at Golgotha, "He trusted in God; let Him deliver Him." Remember, it is your Lord who was first mocked in His faith. The insult aimed at your prayer is an insult you share in fellowship with Christ. Therefore, do not let your heart grow hard with a sense of grievance. Intercessory prayer, which seeks the good of others, is the sweetest perfume in the sanctuary, but it turns sour when mixed with an inventory of our enemies’ slights. Leave them with the Lord. Your own sense of personal sin, confessed with a sincere "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man," is a far safer posture than cataloging the sins of another. Humility takes many shapes, and the truest one is a broken and contrite heart that, even in its own pressing need, does not despise the mercy that others also require.

Be not driven from the means of grace, even if you choose to conceal the specific object of your request. Continue much in prayer, even when you do not feel a present liberty or blessing in it. The lack of feeling is no proof of the lack of acceptance; the most feeble, sincere prayer is acceptable to God. Let your faith "be still more resolved to give up all dependence anywhere but upon God, and let your cry grow more and more vehement." Let not the icicles of disappointment freeze the flow of your supplication. The great High Priest lives forever to intercede for you, and His prayer never fails. Cast your weight upon His intercession, and let your secret prayer be a simple, continued knocking at Heaven’s gate, knowing that He who sees in secret will reward you openly, and in the very fashion He knows to be best.

The cry of your heart has ascended to the Lord, and He is not deaf to the voice of your affliction. When the blind men approached Him with loud cries, alleging nothing but mercy, He did not turn them away, for their earnestness was their gift. You too have cast yourself upon His mercy alone, and in this you have done well, for it is the humble and the lowly who move the hand of the Most High.

But why do you let the mocking of others trouble your soul? Those who sneer at the comparison to the Red Sea do not understand that faith always goes beyond human reasoning. It was by faith that the people prayed for passage through the sea, and Moses stretched out his hand. The miracle was not in the public spectacle but in the hidden confidence of the heart. If God has seen fit to open a way for you, no tongue of the scornful can shut it.

Yet I must remind you that to believe your prayer has already been answered is a great thing only if your life makes you worthy of such confidence. You ask for mercy; then show mercy yourself. Extend forgiveness to those who have wounded you, even these very mockers, for “blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.” If you refuse to heal your brother, how can you dare to ask healing from God? Do not seek to make a parade of your piety, nor let the insults drive you to a proud silence merely to avoid them. Rather, let your prayer be unspoken before men but loud before God, accompanied by a true confession of your sins. Go over them in the privacy of your memory, reveal your way to the Lord, and let your tears be the proof.

The faith that moves mountains is not a childish faith that wavers like Peter on the water. Do not doubt, O little faith, but stand firm. If you truly trust in Christ, do not add your own terms or seek signs to bolster your belief. To cling to the faith yet live in constant fear that God has not heard is the mark of a babe, still needing milk and unskilled in the word of righteousness. Persuade yourself that you have received mercy, but let this persuasion drive you to love and good works, not to a passive waiting. The Lord showed mercy to Paul, the blasphemer, and made him an example so that none should disbelieve. You, too, can become an example if you hold fast and do not let the tempest of others’ scorn drown your confidence.

Therefore, cease watching the wind and the waves of men’s opinions. The prayer of the heart, offered in faith and righteousness, is a mighty force even when no sound escapes the lips. Go in peace, and let your life from this moment be the proof of your trust.

The ridicule and belittling you have faced is grievous. Our flesh recoils from scorn, especially when it is cloaked in something that sounds religious but serves self-praise. Yet the response of a heart set on God is not to be consumed by the attack, but to turn it over to Him in prayer. That is what you are doing. You have made your request known to Him, and in His wisdom, He can handle those who mock. Vindication belongs to the Lord; He can turn their own schemes back upon them. But your part is to keep your eyes on Him, not on the voices that seek to distract and discourage you.

Faith and fear cannot coexist. When fear tries to creep in through the mockery or the uncertainty, replace it with deliberate trust. You said you must believe your prayer has already been answered; that is the very essence of faith. Faith is the substance of what we hope for, the evidence of things not seen. It takes hold of God’s promise before any visible proof appears. Like a child who trusts without complication, you can rest in His goodness. So when you pray, let your prayer end with praise. Thank Him and praise Him for what He will do, even when nothing has changed outwardly. That is the prayer of faith, and it honors God.

Prayer is not a substitute for wise action; it precedes it. As you continue in this unspoken petition, keep both your heart lifted to God and your eyes watching for the steps He prompts you to take. Fervent prayer, rising from a place of deep need, accomplishes much. It opens the door for God to do what He has been wanting to do all along, without violating your will. His will is to show mercy, to guide, and to strengthen.

So do not grow weary. The Lord looks for faith on the earth, and when He returns, may He find that steadfast trust in you. Keep lifting up your soul to Him. Remember that all His paths are mercy and truth for those who hold to His covenant. He will see you through, and in due time, you will add your testimony of His faithfulness.
