Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the ###'s comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your deep distress and the pain of feeling mocked and belittled in your time of seeking the Lord. It is a grievous thing when those who claim to walk in faith use their words not to uplift but to tear down, especially when someone is crying out to Jesus in sincerity. The enemy delights in division, in prideful speech, and in making God’s children feel small when they are reaching for the Savior. But we stand with you in declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

You are right to affirm that Jesus alone hears the unspoken cries of the heart. He knows your prayer before you even speak it, and He is not moved by the opinions of men, nor is He impressed by those who seek their own glory. In John 5:44, Jesus asks, “How can you believe, who receive glory from one another, and you don’t seek the glory that comes from the only God?” The one who mocked your prayer, comparing it to Moses and the Red Sea in a belittling way, may have spoken some truth, but if their heart was not aligned with humility and love, their words were tainted. We rebuke the spirit of pride and self-exaltation in Jesus’ name. Let no man take glory that belongs to God alone.

You also rightly acknowledge that Jesus is the only way to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If anyone comes to God, it must be through Jesus Christ, for He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). We rejoice that you have called upon His name, for salvation is found in no one else.

We also notice your strong declaration that you must believe your prayer has already been answered. This is faith in action, and it pleases the Lord. Hebrews 11:6 tells us, “Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.” Yet we must also caution against presumption. Faith is not about demanding God move in a certain way, but trusting Him to move in His way, according to His will. Even Jesus, in the Garden of Gethsemane, prayed, “Not my will, but yours be done” (Luke 22:42). So we encourage you to hold fast to faith, but also to surrender the outcome to the Lord, trusting that His answer, whether yes, no, or wait, is perfect and for your good.

Now, we lift this prayer to the throne of grace on your behalf. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your holy presence. Lord, we thank You for this dear one who has cried out to You, who has placed their trust in Jesus alone. We ask that You would shield their heart from the arrows of discouragement and prideful words. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be silenced by Your truth.

Father, we pray for the one who mocked this prayer. If their heart is not right before You, convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Humble them, Lord, and turn their eyes away from seeking the praise of men and toward seeking Your glory alone. Let them see the error of their ways and repent, that they may be restored to a right relationship with You.

We also ask, Lord, that You would strengthen this dear one’s faith. Help them to trust You not only for the answer to their prayer but also for the timing and the manner in which You choose to move. Remind them that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Let them rest in the assurance that You hear them, that You love them, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke every spirit of confusion, doubt, and pride that has tried to infiltrate this situation. We declare that the enemy has no place here, and we command every lying tongue to be silenced in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this one’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Show them Your glory, Your faithfulness, and Your love. Let them see that even when others fail, You never will. You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and Your promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20).

We commit this prayer into Your hands, trusting that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.

What a painful thing it must be to have something sacred, a heartfelt prayer, mocked and belittled. We ache with you over that. No one should have to guard a plea to Jesus that way, and we are so sorry you’ve had to. Yet there is a quiet strength in what you’ve done: you recognized the harm, and you chose to protect what is precious by bringing it into the safe place of an unspoken prayer. That is not a retreat into silence; it is a deliberate act of trust. Jesus Himself urged us to go into our room and shut the door and pray to our Father who sees in secret, and you are living that out right now.

We believe with you that your prayer has already been heard, not because the words were perfect or because no one attacked it, but because the One to whom you cry is merciful and His ear is never dull. He knows the whole thing, the need, the words you haven’t even formed, the ache behind them. Nothing the enemy meant for harm can snatch that request from His attention. In the hidden place, it rests safe.

When you feel the sting of those insults, try to turn your heart not toward defending the prayer but toward the One who keeps it. Whisper whatever comes: “Jesus, You know.” That is enough. Let your confidence be in His faithful character, not in how others respond, or fail to respond, to your cry. We join you now in that quiet confidence.

Jesus, we thank You that You see what others cannot and hold what they cannot touch. Shield this dear person from every voice that would mock or discourage. Quiet their soul and strengthen their trust that You have already begun to answer. Pour out Your mercy in the hidden places, and let peace stand guard over their heart. Amen.

The arrows of the scorner may fly thick, but the shield of faith quenches every fiery dart. You have done well to take your cause into the secret place, for the Lord knoweth the unspoken language of the soul. A groan that cannot be uttered is often the most eloquent prayer that ever entered the ear of the Most High. Is it not written that the Spirit himself maketh intercession for us with groanings? The mocking voice that would liken your plea to the parting of the Red Sea and then sneer, knows not that the same God who cleft the waters still hearkens to the cry of His children. Let them seek self-praise; you seek the praise that cometh from God only.

Prayer is the prelude of all mercies, never has a great blessing descended unheralded by it. Yet the world cannot understand this, for it walks by sight and not by faith. Your prayer, though silenced before men, is a living thing before the throne. And mark this: faint as it seems to you, the Lord despiseth not the day of small things. The feeble petition you may now think worthless has been nursed at the gate of mercy and shall return to you with both hands full of blessing. Only believe. “Whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believe that ye shall have it, and ye shall have it.” The prayer that hides itself in Jesus’ name and refuses to perform before an audience, is often the very prayer that shakes the heavens.

You speak of the Red Sea. Remember that Moses cried unto the Lord, though no words are recorded. His heart’s anguish was loud enough. And the answer came with a pathway through the deep. So shall it be with you. Delays are not denials. God’s clock of wisdom strikes the hour at the very instant when mercy is ripest. Your part is to hold fast the beginning of your confidence firm unto the end. When mockers gather, look not at them; look to the mercy-seat, for it still stands, and the blood is still sprinkled upon it. If God had meant to refuse you, He would have taken that mercy-seat away and barred the gate of prayer. But He has not, nor will He ever.

Keep then your petition unspoken among men, but let it flow freely into the bosom of Jesus. He who heard the silent entreaty of the Syrophoenician woman, who replied to the thoughts of the centurion, will not be deaf to you. And when the answer dawns, it will do so in such a fashion that even the scoffers shall see and wonder. Let your faith be of that robust sort that staggers not at the promise, though all appearances give it the lie. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise. Your extremity shall be God’s opportunity. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord.

You cry out for mercy, and that is right. The blind men by the roadside did not approach Christ with elaborate words; they only shouted, “Have mercy on us!” They were rebuked by the crowd, but they cried all the louder. Their earnestness was not in carefully chosen phrases but in the desperation of their hearts. So do not be troubled that others have mocked your prayer or compared it to the opening of the Red Sea. Even Moses faced scoffers, yet he stretched out his hand and the waters parted by faith. Those who belittle the faith of others seek their own praise, but the Lord sees the humble heart. He knows the unspoken prayer, the groaning that cannot be uttered. Prayer is not a display before men but a drawing near to God with full assurance of faith.

But take heed: the question “How?” is the seed of doubt. Sarah laughed when she asked how she would bear a child, and many have fallen by that word. You say you must believe your prayer is already answered; cling to that belief. Let not mockery plant doubt. Instead, show mercy to those who insult you, for if we wish to obtain mercy from God, we must first give it to our neighbor. “Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.” And do not think that one act of mercy suffices; let mercy and truth never forsake you, bound about your neck like a golden ornament, proving you are a child of the compassionate God.

Draw near then with a true heart, in full assurance of faith, as though you already see the answer. Faith goes beyond human reasoning; it passed through the Red Sea, it raised Christ from the dead. Your prayer, though silent now, is heard. God does not need loud words but a believing heart. Continue in good works, forgive those who have wronged your prayer, and trust that He who commanded us to have mercy will Himself show you mercy in abundance.

The crowd told the blind man to be quiet. They rebuked him, tried to silence his cry, and likely thought they looked righteous by shushing him. But he knew who was passing by, and so he cried out all the more: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” When others belittle the manner of your prayer or mock the comparison you drew in faith, remember that the Lord is not swayed by their noise. He heard that man’s desperate voice above the press of the multitude, and He hears the prayer your heart is holding now, even the words you keep unspoken. Jesus still stops, calls for you, and asks, “What do you want me to do for you?” Your faith, raw and persistent, is precious to Him.

The mockery aimed at your prayer cannot touch the truth that your righteousness rests in Christ alone. You do not stand before God on the approval of anyone else, nor on a perfectly worded request. You are accounted righteous through faith in Jesus. Nothing added to that, and no insult can subtract from it. That is where full assurance grows. When you feel the sting of attack, press deeper into that truth: your hope is not in their opinion, it is fixed on the Son of God, your great high priest who passed into the heavens and who sympathizes with every weakness.

You said you must believe your prayer has already been answered. That is not presumption; it is the substance of things hoped for, the kind of faith that holds fast its profession. Sometimes God allows a gap between the cry and the visible answer, and in that space patience does its perfecting work. Do not think the delay means refusal. Hannah prayed in silence, her lips moving with no sound, and the Lord remembered her. Your quiet, unspoken prayer is lodged in the heart of a God who is plenteous in mercy and truth. He is not slow as we measure slowness; He will answer speedily in His perfect moment.

True prayer does not begin by informing God of what He already knows, but by taking hold of His will and expressing it back to Him. So when you bring your need, still unnamed, yet fully known, you are aligning yourself with the very purpose of a merciful God. And remember, Jesus is the one mediator who touches both God and man. The Red Sea did not part because Moses had the approval of the crowd; it parted because God acts on behalf of His people when they trust Him. The same power that opened a path through the waters is at work for you.

Even those who attacked your prayer may have done it in ignorance, much like Paul once persecuted the church before mercy and grace overflowed toward him. If God could transform a blasphemer into a vessel of honor, your own heart is safe in His hand regardless of others’ words. Do not let their belittling drive you to discouragement. Instead, let it drive you to the One who justifies the ungodly and has mercy on whom He will have mercy. Your prayer is known. Your faith is seen. The answer is sure, because the Answerer is faithful.
