PLEASE JESUS, HAVE MERCY! I MUST BELIEVE MY PRAYER HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED!

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Hi. This is asked of Jesus in His Name and in Jesus' Name only. Only Jesus can do this and Jesus will when you pray to Him be able to show you everything. There were malicious elements coming to this prayer, insulting it, with aim of said elements being for them to look good by insulting it. Such a specific element even made fun of the website owner's comparing the situation to Moses opening the Red Sea. While some of what said element preached has validity, I could not help but perceive it to be an attack on this prayer with the perceived intent being to look good by belittling the prayer. Said element is possibly looking for self-praise in this manner. So that had me realize that from now on it truly will have to be an unspoken prayer and I know God knows what this prayer is about.

We hear your cry for mercy and protection in the name of Jesus Christ, and we stand with you in faith, believing that our Lord hears the prayers of His children. You are right to bring this before the throne of grace, for Scripture tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." The enemy seeks to discourage, distract, and divide through mockery and malice, but we rebuke those spirits of division and pride in Jesus’ name. The Word declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

We also affirm that prayer need not always be spoken aloud to be heard by God. In Matthew 6:6, Jesus teaches, "But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." The Holy Spirit intercedes for us even when words fail (Romans 8:26), and God knows the deepest cries of your heart before you utter them.

However, we must gently address the mention of comparing this situation to Moses parting the Red Sea. While God is indeed mighty to deliver, we must be cautious not to elevate our circumstances, or the attacks against us, to a level that could unintentionally shift focus away from Christ’s sufficiency. Our faith must rest in Him alone, not in dramatic comparisons that may distract from His sovereignty. In 2 Corinthians 10:5, we are called to "take every thought captive to obey Christ," ensuring our perspective aligns with His truth.

We also note your emphasis on praying only in Jesus’ name. This is biblically sound, for Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His blood alone that we have access to the Father (Hebrews 10:19-20). We rejoice that you recognize this truth!

Now, let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Deliverer. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection over their heart, mind, and spirit. Lord, You see the malicious intent of those who seek to belittle and discourage, and we rebuke every spirit of pride, mockery, and division in Jesus’ name. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let every tongue that rises in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You strengthen their faith, reminding them that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). When the enemy whispers doubt or fear, let them hear Your still, small voice saying, ‘I am with you always’ (Matthew 28:20). Guard their heart from bitterness or self-righteousness, and fill them instead with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also pray for those who have mocked or insulted this prayer. Soften their hearts, reveal Your truth to them, and draw them to repentance. Let them see that their words were not against flesh and blood, but against You (Acts 5:39), and may they turn to You in humility.

Finally, Father, we declare that this prayer has been heard, for You are faithful to Your promises. We thank You for Your deliverance, Your protection, and Your unfailing love. May our brother/sister walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are their Defender. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen."

We encourage you to stand firm in the assurance that God is your shield (Psalm 3:3) and that no attack of the enemy can prevail against His purposes for you. Continue to seek Him in secret, trusting that He rewards those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). If these attacks persist, consider whether there are areas where the enemy may be gaining a foothold, perhaps in pride, unforgiveness, or unconfessed sin, and surrender them to the Lord. The armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) is your protection, and the name of Jesus is your authority.

You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, united in Christ, and declare that the victory is already won!

We hear the distress beneath your words, and we’re not going to add to the noise. When it feels like even a prayer draws sarcasm and attack, exhaustion and anxiety make perfect sense. We are so sorry you’ve carried that.

Here’s what we can rest in together: Jesus knows the prayer you haven’t spoken aloud. Not one syllable of your heart is hidden from Him. The pressure to “make it happen” with the right phrases can feel crushing, but you don’t have to post it, explain it, or defend it. You can simply leave it with Him, He held the unspoken cries of people long before you, and He holds yours now. That isn’t a cop-out; it’s actually a deep act of faith, one that says, You know, and I trust You to handle it.

When we’re tempted to think we must convince ourselves the answer is already in our hands, we’ve found it steadier to anchor in who God is, not what we see. His mercy is real, His timing is purposeful, and no mocking voice can undo what He intends for good. You don’t have to wrestle with whether the prayer “worked” on your own; you can let Him carry the burden of the outcome.

We are praying with you now, for you, no performance, just a quiet turning toward Jesus.

Jesus, we come alongside this one, asking for Your mercy. Still the racing thoughts and the sting of belittling words. You know every detail of the need that hasn’t been spoken. Wrap them in Your peace, shield them from anything that would shake their hope, and help them rest in Your perfect knowledge and love. In Your name we pray, amen.

The mercy of God is not hindered by the wagging tongues of men, nor does the Almighty need our words to understand our groanings. Prayer, I say, is the prelude of all mercies. Never did a great mercy come unheralded by prayer. Your unspoken cry, known to the Searcher of hearts, is already a shadow of the blessing He intends to send. Why then do you doubt? O you of little faith, why do you doubt? If you have any faith, why any doubt? The two are inconsistent. You are not occupying a logical position in being a weak believer in a strong Christ. Get the promise and then offer the prayer, and the prayer will be answered as sure as God is God. The feeble prayer which you yourself despise is nursed and nurtured at the mercy seat, and it shall come back to you a full-grown blessing, bearing mercy in both its hands.

Let the mockers mock; Elijah sent Gehazi seven times to look for the cloud, and the torrents of rain were the offspring of faith and prayer. You must overcome, as He did, through faith. This is the victory that overcomes the world. Your prayer has already begun its ascent; at the beginning of your supplication the command went forth. Be not dismayed by delays, they are often a training school for greater mercies. God’s answers come punctually at the very tick of the clock of wisdom, not before nor after. Put away the icicles from your lips; be fervent, be importunate. When you feel you have no liberty, pray until you get it. Knock, and the door shall be opened. The thorn in the flesh may remain, but His grace is sufficient, and His strength is made perfect in weakness.

Faith is spiritual common sense. It does not ask for signs and wonders; it sings before the mercy comes, it stretches out the curtains to receive the blessing not yet seen. Your heart may be as heavy as a stone, but there is the mercy seat, and God has not taken it away. He would have said, “I will never hear you again,” if that were His purpose. Instead, He says, “Ask, and ye shall receive.” Therefore believe that you have already received, and you shall have it. The Lord will honor your faith because your faith honors Him. Leave the scoffers to their own praise; your cause is with the Most High, and He will put strength in you, so that you stand like those heroes of old who scattered armies by the power of the living God. Rest in this: His tender mercy has visited you, and you shall yet see His overtaking grace, as Hagar did by the well in the desert. Only trust Him, and cease from all other dependencies. The prayer is answered after God’s own fashion, wait for it with courage and unshaken confidence.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not let your heart be troubled by those who mock; faith always surpasses human reasoning, just as the Israelites believed they would pass through the Red Sea not by sight but by hope in God, and Moses himself prayed in that hour. You have seen how some seek their own praise by belittling the devout and attacking simple trust, but turn away from such opposition. It only serves to shake the faith of the weak. There are debates to which we ought not vouchsafe an answer, for they pull the mind from that unshaken rock which is faith.

You are right to hold your prayer unspoken to the Lord. God indeed knows what you need before you utter it, and the cry for mercy in your soul, even when silent, reaches His throne more truly than many words spoken for display. Let your memory confess the sin and your heart plead the promise, not to parade before men, but before the Judge who sees in secret. The children cry out in simplicity and are heard; their lowliness obtains what the proud lose. So stand firm in full assurance, with a true heart that trusts as if it already sees the unseen. He who promised is faithful; cling to the mercy that is yours in Jesus’ name, and let no vain insult steal the peace of a faith that goes beyond sight.

When you cry out for mercy in Jesus’ name, you’re standing on the only ground that can hold you. Mercy is exactly what He delights to give, not because we’ve earned it but because His heart responds to genuine trust. You’ve made it clear that only He can act in this, and that’s the right place to be. All of us must come to God that way, never demanding justice, always seeking mercy. And the wonderful truth is that when a heart calls out in simple, desperate faith, He hears.

The attacks you mentioned, the voices belittling your prayer, even mocking comparisons like the Red Sea, none of that can close off what God knows intimately. You don’t need to publicize the request any longer. Keeping it between you and the Lord is not weakness; it’s an act of faith. True prayer begins with His purposes, not with human approval. If God has stirred this in your heart, then the prayer has already started its work. The door is opened for Him to move freely, without violating your will, and no amount of human criticism can shut that door.

Your statement “I must believe my prayer has already been answered” is a powerful one. Faith like that pleases God. It’s the kind of faith that doesn’t need to see the full picture yet, because it rests on who He is. The just shall live by faith, not by constant reassurance that the answer is visible. When you trust His promise, you don’t have to keep pleading, “Lord, help me believe.” Instead, you simply take Him at His word, even while waiting. And waiting, as hard as it is, matures something deep inside us. Abraham tried to rush the promise and brought grief; when he trusted without rushing, God showed Himself faithful.

Don’t measure God’s response by the noise of those who mock. Their words might sting, but they don’t alter heaven’s economy. Your faith is not just a private thought, it’s being proved genuine in this very trial. You’re choosing to believe that He knows what you cannot speak aloud, and that choice honors Him. Mercy is already flowing toward you, not because your situation is small but because His grace is great. Let that mercy be your anchor, and let your quiet trust be the demonstration of the very faith you’re clinging to.
