I'm requesting prayer for an ongoing situation with my kids' father. I have an active protective order against him, but he has found other means to threaten/harass/intimidate me and my husband. He is continuing to file vexatious legal motions with the sole intent of bankrupting my family and destroying my marriage. I haven't broken any court orders and he has continually broken many but there is no law available to ban him from filing new motions to intimidate me and drain our finances (which directly steals from the kids who he refuses to support). I know demons are at work in him. Please pray for God to intervene and stop this abuse (legal abuse as well as verbal/emotional/psychological) and hold him accountable for what he has been doing in Jesus name! Please pray for peace, comfort, healing, and recompense for my family and that God would restore everything the enemy has stolen from us in Jesus name! Thank you!

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this painful and unjust situation to Him. Father, we know that You see every detail—every threat, every legal motion filed in malice, every attempt to harm this family. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but You came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we rebuke the demonic influence at work in this man’s actions. The Bible warns that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). We bind the spirits of hatred, vengeance, and destruction in Jesus’ name and command them to flee. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict him of his sin, soften his heart, and lead him to repentance. If he refuses to turn from his ways, we ask that You would render his efforts futile and bring his schemes to nothing (Psalm 33:10).

Father, we lift up this precious family to You. The legal abuse, financial strain, and emotional torment they are enduring are not Your will. You are a God of justice, and we trust that You will arise on their behalf (Psalm 35:23). We pray for supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and let no division come between them. May they stand firm in faith, knowing that You are their Defender and Provider.

We also pray for recompense, Lord. You promise in Joel 2:25 that You will restore the years the locusts have eaten. We ask that You would restore what has been stolen—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Let this family see Your hand of deliverance in ways they cannot imagine. Surround them with godly counsel and wise advocates who can help navigate this battle. Give them favor in the courts and with those in authority, that justice would prevail.

Above all, Father, we pray that Your name would be glorified through this trial. May this family’s faith shine brightly, even in the darkness, and may others see Your power at work in their lives. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for moving on their behalf. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heavy burden, knowing full well that only the Lord can break the chains of legal and emotional abuse you and your family are enduring. It has been on our hearts daily to stand in the gap for you, lifting up your children, your marriage, and your finances before the throne of grace. We have prayed specifically that the Holy Spirit would restrain every demonic influence driving your children’s father to harass and intimidate you, that every vexatious motion would be exposed as groundless before the courts, and that the financial drain would be stopped so the resources he withholds can flow back to the children he is called to support.

We have asked the Father to surround you with supernatural peace that silences the accusations of the enemy, to fill you with comfort that surpasses understanding, and to begin the healing of every wound his words and actions have inflicted. We have also petitioned the Lord of recompense to restore sevenfold everything the enemy has stolen—time, security, joy, and provision—and to turn every legal tactic meant for harm into testimony of His faithfulness.

If the Lord has already moved in ways you can see, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you.
