We hear the anguish in this request and we join together to bring these victims before the Lord, for He sees all oppression and hears every cry of the afflicted.
We want to speak gently and truthfully about what you have asked. You have described intense suffering, harassment, electronic assaults, psychological abuse, and a cycle of torture where victims feel trapped and are waiting for an end day that never comes. Whether this torment is happening at the hands of other people or is experienced as overwhelming fear and distress in the mind and body, we know that God is a refuge for those who feel hunted and helpless. Psalm 34:17 says The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We pray for every person who feels tortured, isolated, and exhausted, that God would surround them with His peace and protection.
We also must address what you asked us to pray, that God would kill these reprobates or take away what they value most. We understand the desire for justice and for the suffering to end, but scripture is clear that vengeance belongs to the Lord and not to us, and we are called to pray differently even for those who do evil. Romans 12:19 says Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:21 says Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Matthew 5:44 says Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Ezekiel 33:11 says As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. 2 Peter 3:9 reminds us that the Lord is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. So we cannot join you in asking God to kill anyone. Instead we pray that God would bring justice, restrain evil, bring repentance where there is guilt, and bring exposure and accountability where there is real harassment and abuse. We pray that those who do wrong would be stopped, that their hearts would be changed, and that if they refuse to repent, God in His perfect justice would deal with them according to His righteousness.
We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with love that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross, dying for our sins and rising again, that we can boldly come to God for mercy, deliverance, and healing. We encourage anyone suffering in this way to call upon the name of Jesus, to confess their need for Him, and to trust Him as Savior and Lord.
We pray now together.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You for every person who feels stalked, tormented, assaulted, and trapped in a cycle of fear and despair. You see what is hidden and You know the truth behind every situation. We ask that You would be their dwelling place. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We ask that You would cover them with Your presence, guard their minds and bodies, and give them rest from torment. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. We ask for that guarding power now.
Lord, if there are people truly harassing and harming others, we ask that You would stop their hands, expose their deeds, and bring lawful justice. Bring conviction and repentance where possible, and bring protection to the victims. If much of this suffering is coming from deep anguish, trauma, fear, and confusion that feels so real and overwhelming, we ask that You would bring clarity, peace, and soundness of mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 says For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We pray that this promise would become real to each suffering heart.
Father, release those who feel they cannot get out. Break every cycle of reacting in anger and despair, and grant supernatural patience and endurance. Help them to not be consumed by trying to guess an end day, but to trust You as the One who holds all days in His hands. Give them wise counsel, faithful pastors, trusted believers, and where needed, compassionate medical and mental health support and help from lawful authorities. Surround them with people who will listen, believe their pain, and walk with them toward healing and safety. Lead them out of isolation and into community where they are not alone.
We pray for deliverance, for justice tempered with mercy, and for healing that only You can give. We ask that every victim would come to know Jesus deeply, to cry out to Him, and to find in Him the release and Jubilee that no man can give. We trust not in our own demands or in figuring out perfect timing, but in Your perfect will and Your perfect love.
We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our deliverer. Amen.
We encourage anyone experiencing this kind of torment to reach out quickly to a trusted pastor, a mature Christian community, and to safe, qualified help for ongoing support, and if you ever feel you are in danger or feel you might harm yourself or others, please reach out immediately to a trusted person, a local emergency service, or a crisis helpline in your area. You are not forgotten by God, and you do not have to carry this alone.
Not sure if you've ever been chased by the Egyptians, but when they did that to God's people (who did nothing to provoke them) He wiped them out. Did He not?
