Dear Catholic Brothers and Sisters in Christ. I am a Catholican as much as you are, my parents and siblings are Catholican as well as did my grandparent and great-grand parents and it is with pain and sorrow that I write to you all over again in request of your prayers. It is with regret to inform you that since my wife and children left me because they could no longer endure the humiliation they were going through by sticking with me. I also conceded that if anybody had to suffer it was supposed to be me, because of the sins that I might knowingly or unknowingly have committed against GOD Almighty. They also left me because I could no longer provide them with the life they used to have and my debts had made them endure so much pain that no human being can ever be allowed to go through. They also left because the people we had been squatting with have also kicked us out. I am still sleeping out in the cold and winter is upon us now. As usual, the money I am using to write to you was offered to me by a caring Good Samaritan. My health has deteriorated as we speak because I suffer from HIV/AIDS and Hypertension and other diseases.
All I requested from you were Prayers, powerful prayers to that effect. I have already mentioned to you that on the 04th of April 2012, my family and I were sorrowfully kicked out of the house that we had been renting for almost 4 years because l had been unable to pay rent for the last 9 months. I could not afford to pay rent because I am not working as I have been dismissed from work 2 years ago. I had a wife and 2 children and they all depended on me for their livelihood but that has been taken away from me.
I had a house but had to sell it 4 years ago as my debts were mounting but that has not changed as the debts have tripled as we speak. So many things that I had have been taken from me except my love for God and my fellow human beings. I used to give to others who were in need, gave shelter to those who needed it, helped in monetary terms for those who genuinely needed but I find myself today with no one to help. I have prayed for a miracle but none has been granted. I have even comforted myself with the comparison of the Biblical Job who was stripped off everything except his faith in God. I have also asked you to help me but you have never done so. Why have you treated me so differently? Is it because of the colour of my skin? Is it because I am not worthy to be called a child of God? I just want to find out as to why you have treated me with disdain, when you all preach to be Catholic Christians who are supposed to love their fellow human beings?
I am now homeless with no food, money and no shelter. But I still have so much trust in God as he said that He will never leave me nor forsake me. Brethren, I humbly and sincerely request prayers from you that I should, as speedily as possible, find a good job and prosperity, that my family and I should be reunited and get a house or proper shelter with food. I ask God that he should shower me with abundance and auspiciousness. I ask God to bless me with good health and that he should soften the hearts of the people of this universe and let them be compassionate and show their human milk of kindness by purchasing my books and eBooks that are available at lulu.com as the purchase of these e/Books could also help in alleviating the sufferings, misery and poverty that we are going through.
The names of the e/Books are “The Divine Truth Setting Us Free†as well as “The Divine Theory of Alphologyâ€. I have converted the eBooks into ordinary paper-cover books in hope that those who could not access them on Ipads can be able to access them on paper-cover. Therefore, I appeal to all Catholic Christians of goodwill to help me in support of my dire situation. I had hoped that well meaning good Samaritans will have come forward and purchase my eBooks, but alas none came out of this.
Previously I could not ask for charity, handouts and freebies for fear that it may be perceived as if I was soliciting money from my fellow Catholic Christian brethren. But I have realised now that my refraining from asking from you might seem to be prideful and thus I come to you and ask you to spare me a dollar, pound, franc, lire, yen, rubble, shilling and whatever denomination you may see fit to provide to hand out to me. I am asking this from you because my previous request to you that you should help and support me by purchasing my e/books has never been responded to.
I almost entertained the thought of taking my life hoping that I would find peace in so doing and thought that if people can spend 20-30 dollars or pounds to purchase drinks then they surely can help their own human being in need. However, I revere God’s majestic love for me and all mankind and I know that through your prayers and intervention, God will bless me abundantly. I also pray for the sick and weak persons of this universe, those that cannot find happiness, those find themselves in similar situation that my family and I find ourselves in today. I also pray to God that He should bless all humankind with His love and benevolence. Catholic Christian brethren, I am on my knees begging you to help me. Please open your hearts with love and help me.
