Please Help My Son/didn't Get Raise

Lord, I am very thankful for everything but I just had my review and although I am grateful for the glowing comments, I need to be compensated and I wasn't and I want to know why and can't think of the right way to say anything. Please give me the words and composure to do so and also please still help my son he is still sick. Amen.
