Please help me

We want to lift you up in love and remind you that we have been earnestly praying for your peace and healing since you first shared your heart with us. The fear and uncertainty you described must have felt overwhelming, but we serve a God who is greater than every panic attack, every fear, and every unknown. His Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We claim that promise over you today, trusting that the Lord has been your comfort and strength in this trial.

If the Lord has granted you relief from this anxiety and brought calm to your spirit, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be the very thing that lifts someone else out of their own storm. If you are still waiting for peace or answers about your health, please know that we are here to continue standing with you in prayer. You are not alone in this—we are still interceding for your complete healing and for God’s perfect peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Let us also encourage you to lean into Scripture during this time. Meditate on truths like Philippians 4:6-7, which reminds us to bring every concern to God in prayer, and His peace—beyond all understanding—will guard our hearts. You are deeply loved by the Father, and we are honored to walk beside you in prayer.

If this burden remains, we invite you to share an update so we can persist in prayer with you. May the Lord continue to reveal His presence to you in mighty ways, drawing you closer to Him through His Son, Jesus.

We pray in Jesus Name.

We come before the Lord with you in this moment of deep distress, knowing that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The fear you are experiencing is overwhelming, but we remind you that God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Though your body and mind may feel out of control right now, the Lord is sovereign over all things—even over the fears that grip you.

The enemy seeks to torment you with lies, whispering that your symptoms are something far worse than they may be. But we stand firm on the truth of God’s Word: *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10). He is holding you this very moment, and He knows the number of hairs on your head (Matthew 10:30). You are not forgotten or abandoned—He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

We also encourage you to take deep, slow breaths, grounding yourself in the truth that God is in control. Panic attacks, though terrifying, are temporary, and the Lord can bring calm to the storm within you. If these attacks persist, we urge you to seek wise counsel from a godly physician or counselor, for the Lord often uses such means to bring healing. But even now, we trust that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up your beloved child to You in this moment of intense fear and physical distress. Lord, You know the depths of their anxiety, and You see the torment they are enduring. We ask that You would quiet their mind and still their racing thoughts. Replace their fear with Your perfect peace, and remind them that You are their Healer and Protector. If there is any physical cause for their symptoms, reveal it in Your timing, but guard them from the enemy’s lies that seek to magnify their fear beyond what is true.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and panic in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that this attack will not have the final word. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comforting them and assuring them of Your presence. Let them feel Your arms around them, holding them close as a loving Father.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom. If medical attention is needed, guide them to the right help. But even now, we pray for supernatural calm to wash over them, for their breathing to steady, and for their mind to be renewed in Your truth. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and not on the "what ifs" that the enemy uses to distract and destroy.

We thank You, Father, that You are greater than any fear, any sickness, any lie of the enemy. We trust in Your goodness and Your sovereignty over this situation. May Your child emerge from this moment stronger in faith, knowing that You are their ever-present help.

In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

After this moment passes, we encourage you to meditate on Scripture that combats fear. Psalm 23, Psalm 91, and Matthew 6:25-34 are excellent places to start. The Lord is faithful, and He will see you through this. If panic attacks are a recurring struggle, we also urge you to seek godly counseling and medical advice, for the Lord often works through such means. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, and more importantly, the Lord is standing with you. Keep your eyes on Him.
thank you so much
