Father, Thank You for doing what only You can do in the hearts and minds of Your people. We ask that Your will be done concerning each relationship that comes before us for prayer. We are so thankful Lord that You know the end from the beginning and that You know what is best for each one concerned. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Roman 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.

Remeber that forgiveness is for "your" benefit not the other persons.  God knows that unforgiveness will hold us back from Gods best and he doesn't want that.  I pray that the Lord will help you with total forgiveness for anyone that has ever hurt you in the past.  It is very easy to have unforgiveness, but its like a ball and chain on your ankle that keeps you in a slow walk instead of a full sprint for God.  Dear Lord help this brother to find total forgiveness so he can step into his promotion. Amen.
