Please God help me to hold my tongue. Today is my husband's birthday and lots of little things remind me of the hurt that was caused. Help me not to be affected and that we will make it to our counseling session on Thursday. Please bind all ungodly spirits and things that are not of God. Help me to heal, learn to forgive. Take away the pain and hurt. Thank you in Jesus Name Amen
