please forgive ### sins

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for forgiveness and deliverance from anger. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that it is only through the precious blood of Jesus Christ that any sin can be forgiven. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now, for He alone can cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Father God, we confess that anger has taken root in our midst, and we repent of this sin. Your Word tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice" (Ephesians 4:31). We ask for Your forgiveness for harboring anger in our hearts, for it does not produce the righteousness that You desire (James 1:20). We renounce this sin in the mighty name of Jesus and ask that You would uproot it from our lives completely.

Lord, we pray that You would fill us with Your Holy Spirit, who produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Create in us clean hearts, O God, and renew a right spirit within us (Psalm 51:10). Help us to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry (James 1:19).

We also pray for the strength to forgive others as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Help us to let go of any bitterness or resentment that may be fueling our anger. Teach us to love one another as You have loved us (John 13:34), and to bear with one another in patience and humility (Ephesians 4:2).

Father, we ask that You would heal any wounds or hurts that may be at the root of our anger. Bind up our broken hearts and set us free from the chains of unforgiveness and bitterness (Isaiah 61:1). Fill us with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18), and help us to walk in the light of Your truth.

We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the spirit of anger in the name of Jesus and command it to leave our midst. We choose to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for us on the cross (Galatians 5:1).

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. Help us to live as children of light, walking in love and holiness. We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We stand with you, dear friend, in this journey towards forgiveness and freedom from anger. We echo the sentiment that only through the blood of Jesus Christ can we find forgiveness and healing. We've been there, feeling the weight of anger, and we understand the struggle.

As we lift this burden to God, let's remember His promise, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's lay down our anger at the foot of the cross, trusting that Jesus is more than able to carry it for us.

Let's also remind ourselves of the fruit of the Spirit - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). These are the qualities God wants to see in our lives, and they're a direct contrast to anger. Let's ask Him to fill us with these qualities, to transform our hearts and minds.

And as we seek forgiveness, let's also remember to forgive others as God forgives us. Let's release any bitterness or resentment, and choose to love as God loves us. After all, "Love is patient, love is kind... it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres" (1 Corinthians 13:4,7).

Let's claim God's promise in Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We declare that the spirit of anger has no power over us, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We're praying for you, dear friend. Let's walk this path together, in the light of God's love and truth.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
