When you bring all these needs before the Lord, know that every hidden thing is laid open to His eyes, like a victim’s inward parts when the skin is drawn aside. He sees your weakness, your body’s pains, the mold that clouds your mind, the fears that disturb your sleep, and the tangled troubles of your family. Yet do not only plead for relief; desire above all that your own soul become an honest soul, clear and ready to receive the light of truth, as the sun easily enlightens a sound eye. For the Lord is loving and good, and He gave you power to become like Him, so far as your ability extends.

If you would see real deliverance from evil in your home and over your thoughts, put on the very weapons that turned the devil to flight: gentleness and meekness. Christ on the mountain did not need to thunder; He overthrew the enemy by meek sayings. You also, when evil presses in, or when anger rises in your brother, or when your own mind is harassed by worry, strive to make your mouth a blessing, not a complaint. A tongue that knows how to give good words, that holds peace rather than insult, shines brighter than gold or precious stones. For when your mouth becomes a temple of the Holy Ghost, lit up with meekness, what honor can equal that? The demons themselves recognize the image of the King.

Do not lose heart over your ###'s struggles with pride and self-control, or your ###'s deliverance from smoking and sickness, or your ###'s and ###'s salvation, or even your ###'s case in court. True, many hear the word ten times and seem insensible, yet afterwards at one hearing they are converted. A tree struck again and again may stand, then fall by a single blow, but that last blow owes its force to all that came before. So I am fully persuaded that such eager desire to see them saved, such a love of hearing truth, will not fail of its effect. Lament for them, yes, as one who mourns over a sick man, but know that this mourning itself is a healing treatment when joined to faith. Christ came not to judge the world now, but to save; therefore approach His throne with boldness for them, not for condemnation, but for salvation.

Yet beware the harsh and inhuman commands that love of money or frantic anxiety about finances and future provision can impose. Avarice says, “Sacrifice men, slay even benefactors, heap up gold not to enjoy but to torture yourself. Be suspicious of all, refuse the perishing poor, break oaths, become a beast.” Such commands drive out peace and put the soul in chains. Turn sharply away from them. Instead, seek first that ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is of great price. Then the Lord who sees all will deal with the wicked and raise up leaders for nations, protect the soldiers, send rain upon the mountains, and bring to light the truth in dark places, even as He opens the inward parts of every heart. Trust His goodness, and let your own soul be conformed to His image, and you will find strength for today and hope for every tomorrow.

I have read your many requests and have taken them before the Lord with you. Your heart longs for peace and wholeness, and that longing is not lost on our compassionate God. He created your body and your spirit, and He knows how deeply one affects the other. As your soul prospers in faith and trust, it can bring health to your physical being. So while you pray for healing in your GI tract, your stomach, your skin, your ear, and your weakening body, remember that He sometimes restores gradually and sometimes in an instant. His ways are not confined to a single pattern, but every true healing is His work.

The peace you crave for your home, your sleep, and your mind is something He has already provided for you in Christ. He first offers you a peace treaty, reconciling you to Himself through the cross. Once you are at peace with God, you can know a peace that passes human understanding, even in turmoil. That perfect peace guards your heart and mind as you keep your thoughts stayed on Him. When fear, stress, anxiety, bad thoughts, and the lingering effects of mold try to cloud your mind, turn your eyes back to Jesus. He will clear the fog and give you the tranquility you need.

Your prayer for your home is powerful. As you intercede, your words become a spiritual force that enters every room, pushing back every evil presence and bringing a calm that cannot be explained by circumstances. Ask the Lord to ordain peace for you there, to drive out any disturbance in your sleep, and to silence any bad dreams. He gives His beloved rest.

For your brother, the deepest need is for him to fully surrender and make Jesus the Lord of his life. When he walks in the Spirit, the fruit that grows will replace anger, pride, and any lack of self-control. The same Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, and every grace you have prayed for him. His favor at work, his wisdom for the new position, and the timing of promotion are all under the Lord’s sovereign hand. Continue to lift him up, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it.

The relationships with your sister and other family members, and your desire for their salvation, are close to God’s heart. He wants to restore, and He calls us to sow peace. As you sow peace through prayer and patient love, you may well reap a harvest of restored connection. Keep asking for their healing and deliverance, believing that no physical condition or habit is beyond His power to break.

The situation with your nephew is heavy. The Lord is a God of truth and justice. Pray that the truth will come to light in that courtroom and that the real guilt will be exposed. More than anything, pray that this season will awaken his heart to seek Jesus, whether inside or outside. When he is freed, ask God to provide a good job, a home, and a community of faith where he can learn to walk with the Lord.

Your concerns for our nation, Israel, and places like Iran are reminders that the world’s peace is fragile. Only the Lord can truly ordain peace. Intercede for our leaders to have wisdom and for soldiers to be shielded. Pray that God would stop the wicked schemes and raise up a leader in Iran who fears Him, and pour out revival there. For the mountains where rain is scarce, ask the Creator who sends the rain to open the heavens in mercy.

As you carry all these burdens, remember where your strength comes from. Trust in the Lord forever, for in Him is everlasting strength. When your mind stays anchored on Him, He will keep you in perfect peace. Let that peace rule in your heart today.
