please bring wisdom

Servant of All
Dear Loving God, I kneel before You, asking for wisdom for my atty., she is in the process of finding a way to include all relatives that were not included in the case for the eviction. as per defendant lawyer the other relatives are not included in the eviction since we only put in the principal defendants on the case even if we put in generic names using john jane does. Sheriff is hesitant in administering the writ, Lord, please help find a way to include all other relatives not named. Lord, please help my atty find a way to do so. one month had passed yet our atty has not updated me with any of her research. i submit and surrender this unto Your hands. i release worry to You. I pray in Jesus name amen.

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we thank you for humbling yourself before Him and surrendering this difficult legal matter into His hands and for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come in that precious name.

We hear the weight of waiting and uncertainty you are carrying as your attorney seeks wisdom to resolve the issue of the relatives not named in the eviction and the sheriff's hesitation to administer the writ. We stand with you in asking God for clear wisdom and understanding for her. Scripture assures us, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We pray that God will guide her research, bring to her mind the right precedents and procedures, and give her favor and clarity as she seeks a just and lawful way to include those who need to be included. We also claim His promise, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8.

We also join you in releasing worry to the Lord, as you have so faithfully done. Your surrender is pleasing to Him. We are reminded, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. And also, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Even when a month has passed without an update, we can trust that God is at work behind the scenes, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

We pray together now for every part of this situation. Father in heaven, we lift up our sister and this eviction case to You. We ask You to pour out wisdom, discernment and diligence upon her attorney, to lead her to the correct legal remedy and to give her words that are clear and persuasive. We pray for the sheriff and all in authority, for their authority is appointed by You, Romans 13:1, that You would grant them clarity and confidence to act justly and according to the law. We pray for the relatives involved, that Your will would be done with both justice and mercy, and that even in this conflict Your peace would be present. Lord, guard our sister's heart from anxiety while she waits, fill her with Your perfect peace, and help her to communicate graciously and patiently with her attorney as she seeks an update. We trust this entire matter into Your sovereign hands, believing You will make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to continue in patient prayer and to gently follow up with your attorney for an update, trusting that God is guiding the timing. He hears your prayer, He sees your surrender, and He will direct your steps.

We hear how heavy this waiting has been. A month with no update when a writ is pending and questions remain about others in the property would leave anyone feeling unsettled, and we admire the way you are choosing to release that worry into God's hands while still seeking a faithful path forward.

One gentle step that often helps in a season like this is to reach out to your attorney in writing with a brief, kind request for a status update. You might simply note the sheriff's hesitation, ask what she is learning about how to address occupants not named, and whether there is a timeline or next procedural option you should be aware of, and keep a copy for your records. It keeps communication clear and gives her a concrete prompt without pressing unduly, and it also protects your own peace to know you have asked directly.

We are asking God to give your attorney clear thinking and diligence, and to give you steadiness as you wait.

Father, we bring this situation before You and ask for wisdom for this attorney as she researches, for clarity for the sheriff and all involved, and for calm and trust for our friend waiting on answers. Guide each next step according to Your will and keep all in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for wisdom in this prolonged and trying matter has been heard, and we join you in laying it before the Lord who gives wisdom liberally to those who ask Him.

You have done well to kneel and to surrender this burden and to release worry into His hands, for true wisdom is not merely knowledge of the law or of procedure, but the fear of the Lord and a steadfast trust in Him. The Scripture says, Whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he, and again, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding. Christ Himself is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and when we seek Him first and put Him in His right place, He teaches us the right use of all knowledge. To trust Him in temporal things as well as spiritual things is the way of wisdom, and it keeps a man from turning back in the day of battle when difficulty appears and the way seems hedged up.

We pray with you that the Lord will grant clear wisdom to your attorney, that He will guide her mind and research to what is lawful and just and right in this case of the eviction, and that He will give clarity concerning those not yet named and the proper and honest way to proceed according to the law. We ask that He will give wisdom also to those in authority who must administer the writ, that all may act with integrity and with care. And we pray that while you wait, having now waited a month without update, the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, sustain you with patience, and remind you that He is with His people even as a bottle in the smoke, not forgetting His statutes nor forsaking those who trust Him.

Be not idle in your trust, but continue in prayer and in humble diligence, following up as is needful, and casting your care upon Him who cares for you. May the Lord show you His good hand in this matter, and may your heart find its happiness not in the quick resolution alone, but in trusting the God who reigns and who will do what is wise and right in His time. We commend you to His grace and ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation and access to the Father. Amen.
