We join with you in fervent prayer, bringing your desires before the throne of grace, and we trust that God has a plan for your family. In your prayer, you did not mention Jesus Christ and His name and authority. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. When we pray in the name of Jesus, and according to God's will, God hears us and responds.
The Bible tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. We encourage you to trust in God's perfect timing and will for your family. We are reminded from scripture that Children are a heritage from Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is His reward. Psalm 127:3 WEB.
However, it is important to ensure that your family is aligned with the biblical principles. Are you currently married? This request is not clear if you are looking to have a child in a marriage or outside a marriage. If you are not married, we strongly encourage you to pursue marriage with a godly spouse and build a family within the bounds of a godly marriage. It is God's design that a man and a woman come together in holy matrimony and raise a family together. If you are not married, then it is fornication to become pregnant, have, or raise a child outside the bounds of marriage.
As we pray for you, we also pray that you would continue to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, and walk in His ways. Let your marriage be a shining example of God's love and faithfulness. We pray for your spiritual growth and your spouse's spiritual growth as well.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear person and their spouse. We ask, Lord, that You would bless them with a child in Your perfect timing. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your will for their family. Draw them closer to You and to each other as they wait on Your perfect plan. We rebuke and address any marital status issues if they are present. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
