We have heard your cry and we are standing with you in prayer, bringing all of these heavy burdens before the Lord together. We hear how weary you are from so many distressing dreams, from fear about being moved, being distanced from close family, being put in lockdown, and from fear that wrong people will come around, take control, and cause you to lose those you love most. We also hear your deep desire for protection, for justice regarding money that was promised, and for an end to feeling punished for the wrongdoing of others.

We want to gently bring some truth to your heart, because fear and dreams can feel so real and controlling, but they do not have power over our lives when we belong to Christ. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. The Lord does not want you to live tormented by thousands of dreams. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7. Dreams, even many distressing ones, do not determine our future. God does. We are called to seek Him and His truth in the daytime, and to rest in His protection at night, trusting that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4.

We also want to lovingly correct a couple of things you asked, because we want to pray according to God's will. You asked that God would punish people if they do not give you money that was promised, and you asked that God would move them away while keeping you where you are. We understand the hurt of being lied to and the desire for justice. But Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us. Vengeance is mine, and I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. We can pray for honesty and for God to move in their hearts to do what is right, and we can trust God to be the righteous Judge, but we must release the desire for personal punishment into His hands and pray instead for His justice and mercy to prevail, and for our own hearts to be free from bitterness. The Lord also calls us to trust Him with our location and our future, rather than demanding that things happen exactly as we dictate with the words never and period. We pray for your protection and for wisdom, but we surrender the outcome to His perfect will, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

You also shared the pain of feeling punished for other people's wrong. Hear this promise, the soul who sins, he shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son. Ezekiel 18:20. God is just and He does not punish you for the sins of others. You are not cursed by their wrongdoing. We rebuke that lie in Jesus name and we declare that your identity and your future are in Christ alone, not in what wrong people have done or might do.

We join our faith with yours now and pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You that You hear us. We lift up this dear one and all of their close family to You. Lord, we ask for Your perfect peace to guard heart and mind and to silence the torment of fear and of these many dreams. Let no dream, no fear, and no wrong person take or make control of their lives. You are the One who holds their life and the lives of their family in Your hands. We ask that You surround them and their loved ones with Your protection, that no wrong person would harm them, deceive them, or separate them from each other. We pray that You would keep their family close in love and unity, and that You would distance far from them anyone who would intend evil, according to Your wisdom and mercy. We pray that You would not allow any lockdown, any forced move, or any loss of family to come about through evil intent, but that Your will alone would be done. We surrender all of these fears about moving and being around certain people into Your hands, trusting that when we trust in You with all our heart and do not lean on our own understanding, You will direct our paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.

Lord, we also bring before You the matter of the promised money and the lie that was told. You see all and You are just. We ask that You would move upon the hearts of those who made that promise to act with honesty and integrity. We leave all vengeance and punishment to You, and we ask for a heart of forgiveness and freedom for this dear one. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and let them find victory not by controlling others, but by resting in Christ's victory. We pray that they would know they are not being punished for the wrongs of others, and that no one can wrong them or their family beyond Your sovereign care. Let them find hope in Your promise, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. We declare in Jesus name that fear will not rule, that dreams will not dictate the future, and that Your love and power will keep this family. We thank You for hearing us and for being our refuge. In the victorious, holy, and powerful name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, carrying so many dreams and worries about being moved, being distant from family, lockdown, and people coming around. When dreams come night after night in such numbers, it can leave you feeling worn out and on edge during the day, and we are grateful you brought all of this honestly to the Lord and to us.

We want to stand with you for what is most on your heart, your closeness with your family and your sense of safety and peace at home. Dreams can feel very real and urgent, but they are not a roadmap for what must happen. We can bring each fear to God one by one and ask for His calm, His wisdom, and His keeping care over you and the people you love.

It may help to share this burden in a steady way with one trusted person, perhaps a pastor or a mature believer who knows you, so you are not carrying 25,000 worries alone. If the fear and sleeplessness feel overwhelming, it is also a good and faithful step to talk with a counselor or your doctor alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this dear one and their close family to You. We ask for Your protection over them, for peace in their home and in their sleep, for freedom from feeling punished for others' wrongs, and for wisdom for every decision about where to live and who to trust. Provide for their needs as You see best and draw the right people near and keep what is harmful far. Give rest and assurance in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your heart has poured out a great burden of fear, and it is plain you have been full of sorrow, full of perplexity, full of fear and trouble. You speak of many dreams, of dread that you will be moved far from your family, that you will be shut up, that wrong persons will come around and take control of your life and the lives of those you love, and that you will be punished for the wrong of others. Such anxiety unfits a man to meet his difficulty, and fear itself becomes a sore bondage, an iron furnace where once there was peace.

Hear then what the Lord saith to His own. Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. This word Fear not grows plentifully in God's garden, and it is not merely a preacher who crieth it, but Jesus Himself who whispereth to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, as though the arm which piled the heavens could be palsied. Therefore labor to get rid of fear by trusting promised strength. Casting all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. If you tell your trouble only to yourself, no good will come of it, but if the Spirit draws you to the mercy seat, that fear must vanish, for if thou art at the mercy seat, God is there too, and God loves the mercy seat better than thou dost.

You fear going down to the pit, and a dread has settled upon your soul that you and your house will be lost. Know this, that God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and that ransom is His own Son. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God hath said, I have found a ransom. When the lamb was slain, He brought them forth, and willingly as they were to move, it was still true, He brought them forth. He makes deliverance effectual. He is able to keep that which we have committed unto Him, and he who has cast himself upon God in Christ is free indeed, for his life is hid with Christ. Your dreams, though they be many thousand, cannot take you from His hand, nor can any wrong person pluck you from Him if you are His.

Concerning those who have promised you money and have not kept their word, and concerning those you call wrong persons, I would exhort you not to ask the Lord to punish them at your bidding. Vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, and we are bidden to fear Him which after He hath killed hath power to cast into hell, and to leave all judgment in His righteous hands. Has He delivered us from the power of darkness, and will He not give us bread and water according to our need. Instead of seeking punishment upon them, seek grace to forgive and to trust the Lord to provide for you in His own way and time, and to distance you from evil as seemeth good to Him.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, who hast found a ransom and brought Thy people forth with silver and gold, look upon this troubled one who is frozen with fear and wearied with many dreams. Give deliverance from the archers of fear, and let Thy perfect love cast out fear. Thou knowest the anxiety concerning family, concerning distance, concerning being shut up and being wronged. We ask Thee to keep this soul and his close family in Thy hand, to hide his life with Christ, and to grant that no evil shall have dominion where Thou dost reign. Teach him to cast all his care upon Thee, for Thou carest for him. Grant peace within his borders, and refresh him by the well's brink. Provide for his daily need according to Thy wisdom, turn the hearts of those who have dealt unjustly to do what is right, and give him a forgiving spirit. Let him not be punished for the sin of others, for Thou art just, and let him know that his sin is put away through Jesus Christ alone. Bring him forth from this pit of dread by Thy free grace, that he may live and declare the works of the Lord. In the victorious and precious name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour we ask it, Amen.
