We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, asking for His quick help and His perfect peace to guard your mind and your home.
We understand how distressing it is when thoughts and dreams are filled with accusing voices and painful memories, especially words like you are not controlling your household or you started it. These kinds of accusations can replay over and over and steal your peace and sleep. We want to encourage you that God does not want you to be tormented in your thoughts. He wants to renew your mind and give you rest. As it is written, we are to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5 and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. He also calls us to think on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report Philippians 4:8.
We also notice you asked for prayer to the Lord and to God, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. So we come before God in the name of Jesus, trusting in His shed blood and resurrection, believing that when we call on Him in faith He hears us and forgives us and makes us His children. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
We also want to lovingly address the desire for this person to be forever removed from your life and the lives of your relations. We understand the deep hurt and the desire for boundaries and for the accusations and conflict to end completely. God is able to protect you and to establish healthy boundaries and to bring peace to your household, and we will pray for His protection and for His will to be done. At the same time Scripture calls us not to hold on to bitterness but to release it to the Lord and to pray even for those who have caused us pain. Jesus said, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We are also told to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:31-32. This does not mean you must allow ongoing harm or refuse wise boundaries, but it does mean we ask God to heal your heart so that this person no longer has power over your thoughts and dreams, and that any root of bitterness would not grow to trouble you Hebrews 12:15.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the thoughts that have been troubling Your child and the dreams that have brought distress and accusation. We ask in Jesus name that You would silence every accusing voice and bring every thought into captivity to Christ. Grant Your perfect peace to this mind and heart, for You have promised You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you Isaiah 26:3. We ask that You would guard this heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7.
Lord, we ask that You would heal the wounds left by these accusations and by these painful situations. Help Your child to dwell on what is true and good and to be filled with Your Word day and night. We pray for restful sleep, for You give sleep to Your beloved and You make Your people to dwell in safety Psalm 4:8. Remove the torment from dreams and let nights be filled with Your presence and comfort.
Father, we ask for Your will regarding this other person and regarding all relations involved. We ask for Your divine protection over this home and family. Where boundaries are needed, give wisdom to establish them in a godly and firm way. Where forgiveness is needed, give grace to forgive as You have forgiven us. If it is Your will to remove this influence completely, we ask for that. If You allow continued contact, give strength and discernment and let no weapon formed against this family prosper. We pray also for this other individual, that You would work in her heart, bring her to repentance and to knowledge of Your truth, and let Your healing come to all involved.
We pray that any spirit of accusation and confusion would be rebuked in Jesus name, and that Your Holy Spirit would fill this home with love, order, and peace. Help Your child to cast all anxiety on You, because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7, and to seek You first in all things. We thank You that You sought us when we cried out and delivered us from all our fears Psalm 34:4.
We trust You to answer according to Your perfect wisdom and love, and we rest in Your goodness. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every anxious thought to the Lord in prayer, to fill your mind daily with Scripture, and to speak truth over yourself when those old accusing thoughts return. Keep a Bible near your bed and pray before sleep, asking the Lord to keep watch over your mind. If these thoughts persist, seek wise godly counsel from a pastor or trusted Christian believer who can pray with you in person and help you walk in freedom. The Lord is near to you and He desires to give you a sound mind and a peaceful heart 2 Timothy 1:7. We are standing with you for complete peace and restoration in your thoughts, your dreams, and your household.
