We join with you in pleading the precious blood of Jesus over this dear one who is suffering with coughing and vomiting, and we cover this need in prayer together before our Father.
We know that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and that there is power in His blood shed for us, for it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. So we come boldly in the name of Jesus, trusting in His finished work and His mercy.
We are reminded that our God is our healer, who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3, and that He has said, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We cling to the promise that by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5 and that He will restore health and heal wounds Jeremiah 30:17. We stand on these truths as we lift up this loved one to Him.
We pray together, Father in the name of Jesus Christ, we thank You for Your love and Your healing power. We plead the blood of Jesus over this precious one and ask You to cover this body with Your hand of mercy. Lord, we ask You to calm the coughing, to settle the stomach, to stop the vomiting, and to bring peace and rest to this body. Touch the lungs, the throat, and the stomach, and cause every irritation and infection to leave. Let Your healing virtue flow and bring strength and comfort. We ask You to give wisdom to those caring for this dear one, and to guide any medical help that is needed, for every good gift comes from You. Grant restful sleep, proper hydration, and renewed strength, and let Your peace guard this heart and home. We rebuke sickness and ask that Your will for wholeness be done. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to call upon the name of Jesus and to trust in His care, to keep this dear one hydrated and resting, and to seek medical care as needed while we trust God to work through all means for healing. We also remember the word that says, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15. We are standing in that prayer of faith with you now, believing that God hears and will answer according to His perfect will and love.

Your earnest plea has been heard and we join you in carrying this loved one to the throne of grace. You ask that the precious blood of Jesus might cover and keep, and that the coughing and the vomiting might cease, and we bring that same request to our merciful Father.
We are reminded that there is no sickness too great for the Good Physician. The Scripture tells us that Jesus took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and that when He walked among men there was not one disease in the whole list which He did not heal. What He did then with a touch He is still able to do now by His power and love. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only in His great acts but in the least thing about Him, for the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations.
We also remember that bodily affliction very rightly urges us to seek help, and we do speedily care for bodily diseases and seek a physician, while above all we seek the Lord Himself. It is the Word of God applied by the Holy Spirit that brings true healing, and Christ Himself is the Word whom God has sent for sin sick souls. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Christ, and when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon us with healing in His wings, we find both forgiveness and restoration in Him. Only those who have been healed can tell of the Good Physician's power, and we pray you may have cause to praise Him.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
