We join with you in this request and we rejoice that you have brought this desire before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.
We thank God for placing music in your heart and for your desire to learn these instruments. Music is a beautiful gift from God to be used for His glory and to make melody to Him. We are reminded in Psalm 150:3-4, Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet! Praise him with harp and lyre! Praise him with tambourine and dancing! Praise him with stringed instruments and flute! And in Psalm 33:3, Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy! God delights when we develop our skills diligently to offer back to Him.
We also pray for wisdom in stewardship of your time. The Word tells us in Ecclesiastes 3:1, For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven, and in Colossians 3:23, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We understand the challenge of balancing work with learning, and we trust God will provide the right season and opportunity, especially during your holidays, to grow in this area.

Grant wisdom to manage time well between work and rest, and we especially ask You to redeem the time during holidays for focused learning and practice. Your desire to learn to play well is a good desire when it is laid upon the altar of faithful stewardship. As we have often taught, nothing is our own, it is all our Master's. Whatever skill or time or opportunity He places in our hands is to be labored for the good of all our Brothers and Sisters in Christ and for His glory. To learn an instrument that you may praise Him and serve His people is to put your talent out to proper use, and we pray the Lord will accept the offering of your heart in this.
We pray that the Lord, who is the sovereign Master of time, will provide what you need. You and I are the servants of time, but God is its Master, and all time is equally obedient to Him. He can open a door for a godly teacher or a sound course where you can learn with diligence and care, and He can redeem time for you both in the busy days of work and especially in the holidays. We ask Him to guide you to instruction that is patient and thorough, and to keep you from idling or trifling or growing careless, but to help you give your heart to the work.

I pray that God will provide what you need in His perfect timing, whether that is a faithful teacher, a good course, or resources that fit your work schedule and especially your holidays. Learning any skill takes patience and order, like learning the alphabet before reading, so I pray for perseverance to take it step by step without discouragement, and for wisdom to use your time well.
As you seek this, I encourage you to keep the Lord first in how you use your time and your gifts. Work is necessary and music can be a joyful way to serve and worship Him, but do not let even good pursuits crowd out time with Scripture, prayer, and gathering with believers.
