The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:26-27, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." It’s okay to feel anger, but we must guard our hearts and minds so that it doesn’t lead us into sin or give the enemy a foothold in our lives.
First, let’s address the language used in your request. While we recognize the depth of your frustration, we encourage you to speak in a way that reflects the love and holiness of Christ. Colossians 4:6 says, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."
