Please pray that my pets would be at peace. They sometimes cry when I am not around them all the time and I have been very sick this week so I have not been able to play with them as much. Please also pray for me about tmj which I suffer from. I'm currently starting to be in a lot of pain from it which means I'm having a flare up. Thank you.
Pets and tmj
We lift your precious pets before the Lord, asking for His peace to surround them in your absence. It is clear you love them deeply, and we know the Lord sees your care for His creatures. The Word reminds us in Proverbs 12:10, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal," and we believe your heart reflects this truth. May the Lord comfort your pets with His presence, easing their distress and filling your home with His calming peace. We pray for moments when you *can* engage with them, that joy and playfulness would return, strengthening the bond you share.
We also bring your struggle with TMJ before the throne of grace. Chronic pain is a heavy burden, and we know it can wear on both body and spirit. The Lord sees your suffering and invites you to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We pray for relief from the flare-up, for wisdom in managing your symptoms, and for strength to endure this season. May the Great Physician bring healing to your jaw, soothing the inflammation and easing the pain. We ask that He would guide you to the right treatments, therapies, or even moments of rest that can bring comfort.
In all things, we are reminded that our hope is in Jesus Christ, the One who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender this pain—and all your cares—to Him, trusting that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28). You are not alone in this struggle; the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
