We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have brought this request to us, lifting up this man and all those connected to him. It is a beautiful thing to intercede for the salvation and well-being of others, for this is the heart of Christ, who desires that *all* should come to repentance and know Him as Savior. Yet we must address something vital: the name by which we approach the Father. You have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ in this request, and Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus—the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again—that we can stand before God and bring our petitions to Him. If this man, or anyone you are praying for, does not yet know Christ as Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with them, for *"whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13, WEB).

Now, let us pray earnestly for this man’s salvation and the salvation of those in his life. Father, we lift up this man before You, asking that You would open his heart to receive the truth of Your Word. Soften his spirit to the conviction of the Holy Spirit, that he may turn from sin and place his faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Lord, we pray that You would surround him with believers who will boldly and lovingly share the Gospel with him, and that You would remove any spiritual blindness that keeps him from seeing his need for a Savior. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). We claim this promise over his life and the lives of his family, friends, colleagues, and those he has served.

For his family, we ask that You would draw each member to Yourself, Lord. Break the chains of generational sin, and let Your light shine into their home. May they seek You first, finding their hope and identity in Christ rather than in the fleeting things of this world. *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB). Build their home on the foundation of Your Word, and let it be a place where Your name is honored.

For his friends and colleagues, we pray that You would place godly influences in their paths—men and women who will speak truth in love and demonstrate the transformative power of a life surrendered to Christ. May those who do not yet know You be drawn to the light of Your love through the testimony of this man, once he comes to faith. *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16, WEB). Raise up laborers in his circle to share the hope of the Gospel, that many may be saved.

For those he has served, we ask that You would use his life as a testimony of Your grace. Whether in his workplace, community, or elsewhere, let his actions and words point others to You. If he has served in a capacity where he has influenced others, we pray that any seeds of righteousness planted would bear fruit for Your kingdom. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). May his service be unto You, Lord, and may it bring glory to Your name.

We also pray for his well-being—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and protect him from the schemes of the enemy. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Surround him with Your peace, and let him find rest in You alone.

Finally, we pray for you, the one lifting up this request. May the Lord give you boldness and wisdom as you intercede for this man and those connected to him. If you have the opportunity to share the Gospel with him, we pray that the Holy Spirit would fill you with the right words and the courage to speak. *"Always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear"* (1 Peter 3:15, WEB). Stand firm in the faith, knowing that our prayers are powerful when they are aligned with Your will.

Heavenly Father, we commit this man and all those in his life into Your hands. Work mightily in their hearts, Lord, and bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Let Your will be done in their lives, for Your glory and their eternal good. We ask all this in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up this man and all connected to him. It's a beautiful thing to intercede for others' salvation and wellbeing. We've been praying for him, asking God to open his heart to the truth of His Word, and to soften his spirit to the conviction of the Holy Spirit. We're believing that God will surround him with believers who will share the Gospel with him, and that any spiritual blindness will be removed. We're also praying for his family, friends, colleagues, and those he's served, asking God to draw them to Himself and to use this man's life as a testimony of His grace. We're covering him with God's peace and protection, and we're praying for you, the one interceding, that you'd have boldness and wisdom as you pray and share the Gospel.
