Personal Growth and unfulfilled prophecy

We are standing with you together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name for your personal growth and for the waiting season around prophecies that seem unfulfilled, and for breakthrough in your finances, business, and ministry.
We understand the tension of waiting when a word or promise you have believed has not yet come to pass. We are reminded that God is not slow as we count slowness, but is patient and perfect in His timing. Habakkuk 2:3 tells us For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it, because it will surely come. It won’t delay. And Numbers 23:19 assures us God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should repent. Has he said, and will he not do it? We encourage you to test every prophetic word against the sure Word of God, as we are commanded in 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21 to not despise prophesies, but test all things and hold firmly that which is good, and in 1 John 4:1 to test the spirits whether they are of God. Personal growth in Christ is often the very preparation God uses while we wait, that we may be matured and made complete. James 1:4 says Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. And Romans 12:2 calls us to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. We also want to gently encourage you to make the written Word your primary foundation rather than any prophetic word alone, for 2 Peter 3:18 calls us to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
We also lift up your desire for breakthrough in finance and business and ministry. We pray that your heart will seek first the Kingdom before seeking provision, for Matthew 6:33 promises But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. God delights to provide for His children and Philippians 4:19 reminds us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. At the same time we are called to diligent stewardship and faithful work, for Proverbs 21:5 says The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty, and Colossians 3:23 teaches Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. For your ministry we pray you will serve with humility and faithfulness where God has already placed you, as 1 Peter 4:10 says As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms. True ministry breakthrough is not always in numbers or influence, but in faithfulness, character, and obedience to the calling God has given you.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You would bring deep personal growth and maturity, renew their mind by Your Word, and form Christ more fully in them. For every prophetic word they have received, we ask for Your wisdom to discern what is truly from You, and we pray for patience and faith to wait for Your appointed time, trusting that Your promises never fail. We pray for breakthrough in finances and business, that You would open doors no man can shut, grant diligence, integrity and wisdom in stewardship, and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory. We pray for their ministry, that You would anoint it, keep it centered on Christ and Your Word, and make it fruitful for Your glory and not for personal gain. Lead them in Your perfect will and keep their heart seeking You first above all else. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to remain rooted in daily prayer and the Word, to remain faithful in the small things, and to trust that Jeremiah 29:11 is true, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Keep waiting faithfully, working diligently, and serving humbly, and God will bring His purposes to pass in His perfect time.

Your request concerning personal growth, the weight of unfulfilled prophecy, and the desire for breakthrough in finance, business and ministry has been brought before the Lord with care.
For personal growth, remember that true growth is growth in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation. There has been a long standing quarrel between God and man, and reconciliation is only by the blood of Christ. All things are of God who has reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ. If you have been healed by that great Physician, be assured that every child of God who has been healed has some ministry which he can render to Christ and which he ought to render at once. Let gratitude be your proof of grace, voluntarily rendering to Him what your hand finds to do, whether in the home, the workshop, or the house of prayer.
Concerning unfulfilled prophecy, take heed to the sure word of God rather than to the uncertain words of men. Those who would get rid of God out of Nature and Providence make a small business of religion, but the Lord Himself has given a very bold prophecy in His Word, and His Word shall not fail. Many come with expectation of pleasure or business and find not what they sought, yet the Lord is found of them that sought Him not. Test every word by Scripture, wait upon the Lord, and let your heart rest not upon a prediction but upon Christ, who did His Father's business even to sweat great drops of blood, to bear the thorn crown and the cross, and who now sits at the right hand of God still doing His Father's business. What seems delayed to you is not forgotten with Him.
For finance, business and ministry, hear this counsel. If you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well, and you will be useful in your day and generation. Be about your Father's business. The business of the Church is salvation, to save some by all means through the preaching of the truth of God. To keep back any part of the Gospel is not the right method for saving men. Whether the Lord makes you rich or keeps you in more humble means, there is room in His Church for ministry, and He leaves that room on purpose that you may serve Him. If the Lord has prospered your business, count it delightful to make money for Jesus and to be the helper of His cause in some destitute place. If He keeps you in straits, still you have a ministry of prayer, of testimony, of holy living, which He greatly honors.
We pray for you that the Lord would cause you to grow in faith, in holiness and in love to Christ, that He would give you discernment to judge all prophecy by His infallible Word and patience to trust His Providence, that He would order your finance and business according to His wisdom and make them subservient to His glory, and that He would make your ministry, whatever its sphere, to be indeed a ministry of reconciliation, declaring that the reconciling work on God's part is already done in Christ, and beseeching men to be reconciled to God. May He confirm His truth in you with signs following, not in outward show only, but in a peculiar people zealous for good works, and may your life prove the reality of His grace.
May the Lord keep you abiding in Christ, labouring ceaselessly yet resting wholly upon His finished work, until He shall bring you to that harvest joy where faithful servants hear, Well done.
