Persistent Headache

Dear lord i thank you for this special moment in my life as you constantly remind me to seek you diligently and help me work hard and do what you need me to do. It is a priviledge to be loved by you even though i am a wicked sinner with no righteousness based on what i have done. It is a priviledge to have a father who would send his only son to die so that I may be justified. Father i need your help as i have a very persistent headache that is not going away and it is preventing me from giving my best and doing what you want me to do, which is studying your word and studying my course topics as a medicak student. Please heal me so that I may be able to give in my best effort once again and do what you want me to do. I pray for this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
