Friends, we've been praying for ### (we've called him ### in the past) a Christian convert who has lived in ### his entire life. The last update we prayed over was when his wife ### was called to her parents' home under false pretenses and is now being held there against her will. ### has been in prison several times and received beatings for his faith. His perceived crime? Importing Bibles. ###, one of ###'s closest friends explains. "He is open about his faith. He wants other people to know Jesus too. He is very active about sharing his faith openly. Sometimes he leaves Bibles behind in the ###. He goes to the mosque to pray to Jesus. In a restaurant he shared about Jesus to a group of friends - sadly enough, one of them betrayed him. " For that reason, he's been told to return to court on ### to face the accusation of proselytism. ### also helped his sister-in-law ###, leave ### after her family discovered she had become a Christian and tried to kill her. Since then, ###'s husband has threatened ### many times. "### is a strong believer," ### says. "He put himself in danger for the sake of others when he helped ### to flee. " ### is afraid of what will happen to ### and their youngest son if he ends up in prison again. "Last week, he joined us during our meeting as a church," ### shares. "We started praying for him. We laid hands on him, prayed, wept. It was a long time of prayer. I believe it went on for ### hours. ### cried. At a certain moment, he asked me if I would help his children go to university. I said we as a church would, with support of many of our brothers and sisters around the world. He fell on the ground and cried and cried. We comforted him and then he started praising and worshiping God."

Pray God softens the heart of the judge on ### and ### is found not guilty.

Pray ### is released and is able to return to her husband and son.

Pray for provision and peace for ### and the other believers in the secret churches of ###.

God deal with my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I care about.
