Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

It had been going on for months: the insults, the threats from their neighbour. The constant abuse hurled at ### and his wife, ###. Many times, the neighbour focused on something unique about ### and ###: they were Christians.
For a while, it stopped when the neighbour, an Islamic extremist, was in jail. But then he got released..
He broke into ### and ###'s home and stabbed the believers multiple times. ### died instantly. ### is in critical condition in the hospital.
It is heartbreaking to hear stories like this one, in which a family living peacefully, worshiping Jesus with their hearts and their lives, is suddenly brutally attacked for their faith. Attacks like this are common in some parts of the world, and violence against Christians has increased in Egypt.

Please pray with ### as she faces a life that has changed in an instant.

Ask God to heal ###'s body. At this time she is in critical condition and struggling with her injuries.

Pray that God will surround ### with His peace that passes understanding as she accepts her husband's death and martyrdom in His service. (Phil. 4-7)

Pray specifically for the man who attacked these believers, that his heart would break over what He has done, and he will come to Christ as a result.
